Your starting point

Use Gammal Tech AI to move from a focused idea to a first working version in minutes when the brief is approved and the required setup is ready. Refine it with [mode: idea], then use [mode: build] for the frontend, backend, database, authentication and payments. Actual build time depends on scope, account readiness and integrations.

The app and the problem it solves

A semester abroad can be exciting while leaving an important question unanswered: which courses will fit the student’s degree plan? CourseBridge organises course descriptions, learning outcomes and approval questions so the student can prepare for a discussion with their academic coordinator.

This project is separate from finding scholarships or tracking application deadlines. Its unit of work is a proposed course mapping. A strong graduation demonstration shows why two similarly named courses may differ in content, and why a promising comparison still requires approval from the responsible institution.

The first user journey

  1. The student records selected home-programme requirements and proposed host courses using official course descriptions.
  2. They compare learning outcomes, level, workload and assessment, attaching an evidence note to each proposed match.
  3. The app highlights gaps and unresolved questions, then creates a draft mapping for review.
  4. The student records the coordinator’s actual decision and date, preserving the distinction between proposed and approved mappings.

The logic that makes the project distinct

Begin with a transparent comparison matrix instead of an unexplained similarity score. A course title match is weak evidence. Let users map learning outcomes and describe partial coverage, while maintaining links to the original descriptions. Any AI-generated match should remain a draft that the user can inspect and correct.

The European Commission describes course catalogues, learning agreements and transcripts as tools supporting credit recognition in ECTS. This does not make different credit systems automatically interchangeable. Keep units and institutional decisions explicit, and do not infer formal recognition or a conversion ratio from a text similarity result.

proposed mapping = home requirement + host course + outcome evidence + review status
Text similarity is a suggestion, not academic approval.

A classroom demonstration

A fictional home course requires database modelling, SQL and transaction concepts. A host course with a similar title covers modelling and SQL but provides no evidence of transactions. The app marks two supported outcomes and one gap. A second course might address the gap, but the combined mapping remains proposed until the appropriate coordinator records a decision.

Data, interface and backend

Ask for a full-stack application: a phone-friendly frontend, backend logic, a database for persistent work, authentication for the personal workspace and payments for the defined offer. Start with private user workspaces and a small, inspectable dataset. These records give the model a concrete starting point:

Proposed records for the first version
RecordWhat it stores
CoursesInstitution, catalogue link, level, workload and original credit unit.
MappingsOutcome pairs, evidence notes, gaps and proposed combinations.
DecisionsReview state, recorded decision date and remaining questions.

With Gammal Tech services, personal app data belongs to the user’s workspace. Signing in does not disclose their Gammal Tech account email, phone number or identity to your app. If a later version shares records between people, specify the sharing model and permissions explicitly in the build brief.

A specific paid offer

A paid feature could organise several host-university alternatives and export a clear review pack. The offer is preparation and comparison, not guaranteed credit recognition. Start with personal workspaces; a university-wide approval platform would need a separately agreed staff-role and permissions design.

Define the deliverable, price and currency before checkout. Confirm payment with the provider and associate the entitlement with the correct order; a success screen alone is insufficient. Complete the required account and payment setup before real use, and review the applicable operating costs and payment terms.

Refine the idea with [mode: idea]

1. Open the conversation. Open the Gammal Tech WhatsApp conversation with +201033998844. Open the link first, then continue inside WhatsApp.

2. Start Idea mode. Copy the following command into a message by itself and press Send. The square brackets [ ] are required; keep the colon and space too.

[mode: idea]

3. Wait for the mode-change confirmation, then send the brief. Send the following text as a new message, adapting it to your team. Answer the assistant’s questions about the audience, first version and paid value until the idea is approved.

Refine CourseBridge as a study abroad graduation project for Egyptian students. Define an evidence-based comparison between home requirements and host courses, with proposed and approved states. Suggest a paid review pack and an evaluation case where similar course titles hide an important learning-outcome gap. Keep institutional approval and credit conversion explicit.

Build the project with [mode: build]

4. Move to Build after the idea is approved. In the same WhatsApp conversation, send the following command by itself, including the square brackets, then press Send.

[mode: build]

5. Wait for the mode-change confirmation, then send the requirements. Use the following message as a starting brief. Agree the scope of the frontend, backend, persistent data, login and payments. Ask about access, setup and fees, and approve the scope and cost before work begins. Simple versions can be prepared in minutes once prerequisites are ready; timing depends on the project scope.

Build CourseBridge with an English frontend, backend, database, authentication and payments. Add course records, official source links, learning-outcome mappings and review decisions. Save private student workspaces and generate a paid comparison pack after verified payment. Label AI suggestions as drafts, preserve original credit units and prevent similarity scores from being displayed as formal approval.

The buttons prepare the command in WhatsApp. Press Send to start the conversation.

6. Review the result and leave the mode when you finish. Open the project link and try the user journey and test cases described in this article. For a correction, name the page and the result you expect. To return to the normal assistant, send the following command by itself, including both square brackets:

[exit]

What to demonstrate at graduation

  • Use the database-course example and ensure that the missing transaction outcome remains visible.
  • Record a proposed mapping and verify that it stays unapproved until an actual decision is entered.
  • Compare two different credit units without a supplied conversion policy and avoid adding them as equivalent quantities.

Evaluate the app with sample curricula and ask reviewers whether each suggested mapping has enough evidence. Measure correction effort and missing-outcome detection. A later version can support institutional workflows only after the relevant users and approval responsibilities are defined.

Demonstrate the interface, the decision logic and saved work after login. Explain your own understanding, assumptions and evaluation, following your university’s rules on AI assistance. A classroom demonstration can use clearly labelled sample payment states without making a charge. Those samples are not a Gammal Tech gateway test mode; gateway transactions involve real money.

Can AI approve a course transfer?

No. AI can help organise and compare supplied information. Recognition decisions belong to the relevant institution and its authorised academic process.

Sources and next steps

Recheck sources and service terms when implementing. Fictional data and prices in this article illustrate the project, rather than current offers.
