The key idea

Give the builder a clear approved brief. Check the frontend, backend, payment journey, and useful search pages together, then complete a test order and delivery before opening the service to customers.

1. Turn the idea into a buildable brief

Before you build a website with AI, write down exactly what a customer will buy. Include the audience, the problem, the deliverable, the information needed from the buyer, and the limits of the offer. Add your intended market and the search terms already researched for that service.

Be specific about delivery. “Presentation design” could mean arranging supplied content, rewriting it, researching the topic, or preparing speaker notes. Those are different commitments. The website should sell only the work you have chosen and can complete.

Settle what is included, how revisions work, and when delivery timing starts. Mark unresolved details as questions for review rather than letting an AI fill them with plausible promises.

If those decisions are unresolved, evaluate the business idea before moving ahead with the build.

2. Move the approved idea into Gammal Tech’s build mode

  1. Open the Gammal Tech WhatsApp conversation with +201033998844. Opening the link does not send a message; you send the command inside the chat.
  2. Once your strengths are clear, send the following command by itself in the same chat to discuss a service idea.

    [mode: idea]

Wait for confirmation that the mode has changed. Send your service idea, worksheet or the example in this section as a new message. Discuss your intended customer and what you can deliver, and understand the reasons for approval or rejection before building.

  3. After the idea is approved, send the following command by itself in the same chat to move into website building.

    [mode: build]

Wait for the mode-change confirmation, then send your website requirements as a new message. Review the proposed scope and fees before agreeing. When you receive the website, open it and check the customer actions you requested.

Keep the square brackets [ ], colon and space exactly as shown. Send only the command for the stage you need. Once the mode changes, reply in ordinary messages. To return to the normal AI, send [exit] by itself, including the brackets.

Gammal Tech’s WhatsApp ecosystem uses [mode: idea] to check the service against your strengths, search demand, organic competition, and the estimated opportunity in your market. Once the idea meets its criteria, [mode: build] takes that idea and creates the complete website, including frontend, backend, and a payment gateway.

It also creates five to ten pages, each targeting a keyword identified during idea research. The intended result is a business website that can serve customers and support organic discovery. You still need to review what it says and how the real service will operate.

Explain any unresolved question before accepting the result. Ask how a particular part of your offer is represented, and check the actual implementation instead of assuming every additional feature you can imagine is included.

Use this approved service brief to build the website. Show me the customer’s path from choosing the service to payment and delivery. Identify decisions you still need from me, and explain how I can check the finished flow.

3. Check what the customer sees

The frontend is the part a visitor interacts with. Read it as someone who has never heard of your business. Within a short visit, can they understand what you offer, who it suits, what they receive, and what to do next?

  • Offer: the main page describes a specific outcome and its limits.
  • Evidence: samples are yours to share and accurately represent the work.
  • Price and scope: the displayed terms match the offer you intend to honor.
  • Customer input: the site explains which information you need to start.
  • Contact: a visitor can find a real route for questions.

Review the site on a phone as well as a larger screen. Follow links, read longer descriptions, and check whether buttons or payment instructions become confusing. Replace vague claims with information that helps someone decide.

4. Verify the order and payment journey

The backend supports what happens behind the visible pages. A professional-looking screen does not show whether an order reaches you correctly. Ask for an explanation of the implemented workflow and how you will identify paid work, see the necessary information, and begin delivery.

Use the payment provider’s supported testing process where available. Check successful, failed, and cancelled payment paths without treating a failed attempt as a paid order. Confirm the paid status against the payment provider’s actual record, not only the customer’s confirmation screen. Check that the amount and currency match what the customer saw before checkout.

Keep a simple record of each test: what you attempted, what appeared on the customer’s screen, what appeared on your side, and what needs correction. Ask what payment setup, account requirements, and charges apply to your actual configuration before accepting live orders.

5. Make each search page useful on its own

The five to ten pages produced from idea research should answer different useful questions or service needs. A keyword belongs to an intended reader with a reason for searching. Explain that reason in the page brief.

For example, a hypothetical presentation service might need separate content about organizing supplied slides and preparing an editable presentation. It should create separate pages only when the research and actual offer justify different answers. These examples are not claims of validated demand.

For each page, check the audience, promised outcome, original example, practical details, and next step. Two near-identical phrases often belong on one useful page. Repeating the same text with a changed headline adds little for a customer.

Google’s guidance on helpful content emphasizes information that serves people. Review the pages for accuracy and usefulness before treating publication as progress toward traffic.

6. Complete an owner acceptance check

Resolve failures before calling the relevant part ready. If you cannot explain a payment or order state, ask for clarification and repeat the check. Keep a record of what passed so later changes can be reviewed against it.

7. Use the first real interactions to improve the site

After the checks pass, invite customers through the channels available to your business. Keep a record of questions, incomplete orders, completed work, and time spent delivering. A repeated question may reveal missing information on the service page.

If people visit but do not enquire, investigate what they expected and whether the offer answers that need. If nobody visits, examine visibility and acquisition separately from checkout. If people buy but delivery becomes unmanageable, review the scope and capacity.

A website creates a route for doing business. Search visibility, customer trust, and consistent delivery still develop through real work and feedback.

Questions before you accept the website

Does a payment gateway mean I can immediately accept every payment method?

Check the provider and configuration actually used, including setup requirements. Verify the methods available to your customers rather than assuming universal coverage.

Will five to ten pages guarantee organic traffic?

No. Pages need to match useful searches and compete for visibility. Publication alone cannot guarantee rankings, visitors, or orders.

Can I change the offer after the site is built?

Review a changed offer against the original research and your delivery ability. Update the affected descriptions, terms, and customer journey together, then repeat the relevant checks.

Start with the step you need on WhatsApp

Start by opening WhatsApp, then send the command for the stage you need. If you do not yet have a clear business idea, follow the order below. Do not send all the commands together.

  1. Open the Gammal Tech WhatsApp conversation with +201033998844. Use this same conversation for the following stages.

  2. Send this command by itself and press Send. After you receive Mode changed to discover, answer the questions in ordinary messages.

    [mode: discover]

Answer questions to explore your strengths and establish a starting point for a suitable service.

  3. After reviewing your strengths, send this command by itself. Wait for the mode-change confirmation, then discuss the service, customer and intended market.

    [mode: idea]

Combine your strengths with service ideas, then check existing search demand, low organic competition and sufficient estimated opportunity in your intended market for the growth goal below. An idea is approved only when all criteria are met; approval is a planning assessment, not a guarantee.

  4. After the idea is approved, send this command by itself. Wait for confirmation, then send your website requirements and review the fees before agreeing.

    [mode: build]

Turn the approved idea into a complete website with its frontend, backend, payment gateway and five to ten useful pages targeting the keywords found during idea research.

  5. Send this command by itself when you need help with a decision or your next action. After confirmation, explain your situation and return with the result of what you tried.

    [mode: mentor]

Get guidance throughout the journey. Explain instructions back in your own words, carry out the work and return often with actual results. AI can make mistakes, so question unclear advice and verify important facts.

  6. When you want to return to the normal assistant, send this command by itself.

    [exit]

Leave any mode and return to the default AI.

Send each command exactly as shown, as a separate message. Keep the square brackets, colon and space. The brackets are required; omitting them will not activate the command. You can also message the default AI directly without a special command.

Ask in the conversation about current access requirements and charges. An organic growth strategy does not mean the services or running your business are free.

The links prepare the command. Press Send in WhatsApp to start the conversation.

First income and the 24-month growth goal

Gammal Tech’s mentor is designed to help an owner work toward US$10,000 in monthly income after 24 months. That is a growth goal, not a waiting period before earning. An early sale is possible when an offer is ready and someone buys; the first month can also bring no income.

Results depend on the idea, your understanding and execution, customer demand, pricing and costs. There is no guaranteed income or fixed monthly increase. Track sales separately from what remains after expenses, and bring actual results back to the mentor. After reaching the target, you can continue developing the business independently.
