The key idea

To accept a client's card payment through Gammal Tech, verify your individual account, create a project, set an HTTPS Payment Callback URL and enable payments. Generate a guest card link for the agreed amount and supported currency, then share it with the service details. Confirm the actual transaction before fulfillment, and withdraw only through an eligible bank account in your verified name.

1. Turn the client's request into a specific order

Before generating a link, write down the service, price, currency, delivery date and revision limits. Use the same order reference in your proposal, payment record and delivery.

Illustrative example: A motion designer in Yogyakarta agrees to produce one short product animation for an overseas software team. The order states the duration, file format, included revision round and delivery date. The payment request can now identify the exact purchase.

2. Verify the person who will receive the earnings

Current registration documents: Use the National ID of a country whose citizenship you hold, not a residence-only ID. An Egyptian passport is accepted only for an Egyptian living abroad without their Egyptian National ID available. An Egyptian birth certificate is accepted only for an Egyptian living in Egypt, under 15, who has neither a National ID nor a passport. Check the official registration requirements before applying.

Gammal Tech supports individual onboarding without requiring commercial registration. Create your own account at Gammal Tech registration and verify with the National ID of a country whose citizenship you hold. The earnings belong to that verified identity, and withdrawals go to an eligible bank account in the same name.

Check your receiving route before asking a client to pay. If the work belongs to someone else and you are only building their website, their verified account should own the payment project.

3. Configure the project and payment return page

Open the developer dashboard, create the project and note its public project ID. In the payment settings, add an HTTPS Payment Callback URL and enable payments. Payments remain off until that callback is configured.

The callback is where a customer returns after checkout. It should give a useful next step, such as how the order will be confirmed. Sharing a guest link does not require a complete store, but it does require this project setting. Arrange the return page before collecting payment.

5. Send the link as part of a complete request

What a useful payment request includes
IncludePurpose
Service and order referenceConnects the link to the agreement
Agreed price and currencyPrevents confusion about what was quoted
A note to review the checkout totalMakes customer charges visible before payment
Delivery or booking next stepExplains what follows successful confirmation
Relevant cancellation or revision termsSets expectations before the purchase

Keep the message short enough to read on a phone. Read the current payment and refund terms when writing the request.

6. Confirm payment from your own records

When the client says they have paid, check the actual recorded transaction in your dashboard. Match it to the expected project, amount, currency and order. A payment screenshot, a forwarded email or arrival on a thank-you page should not be your only evidence.

For a manual design or consulting service, record the confirmation and begin the stage agreed with the client. If a payment is unclear, investigate the transaction before requesting another attempt.

7. Deliver the service and keep fulfillment separate

Send a clear confirmation stating what you will deliver and when. Save the final delivery message and any acceptance or revision correspondence alongside the order reference. Payment confirmation and completed delivery are different events, and your records should reflect both.

If you later automate protected downloads or customer access, use trusted validation of the payment against the expected order and prevent repeated notifications from delivering twice. Do not expose a download merely because a visitor reaches the return page. A guest payment also does not automatically create a signed-in account for your service.

8. Prepare the bank withdrawal and reconcile the result

Obtain your bank's international receiving instructions. For example, BCA's inward-remittance page requires a matching beneficiary name, account details and a transaction purpose. Ask your own bank which instructions and supporting records apply to your service receipts.

Confirm the particular bank route and currency with Gammal Tech support. Withdrawals must go to the verified owner's eligible account; the checkout currency does not guarantee same-currency settlement. Transfer fees are deducted from the withdrawn amount. Match the final bank receipt to your withdrawal record so your view of earnings reflects what actually arrived.

Make the next order easier without adding unnecessary steps

After one completed order, improve the part that caused friction: an unclear brief, a confusing currency, missing delivery instructions or an incomplete bank record. If clients return for ongoing support, consider an eligible monthly or yearly recurring guest card link with a clearly defined service and cancellation policy.

Gammal Tech handles the VAT and tax obligations assigned to it under its service arrangements. Your personal income tax, local registration and reporting remain separate. Common questions

Do I need an online store to accept a card payment?

A full store is unnecessary for sharing a guest payment link. You still need a verified Gammal Tech account, a configured project, an HTTPS Payment Callback URL and payments enabled.

Can I test the link with a test card?

Gammal Tech does not document a test mode or test cards. Real payments involve real money. Review the current testing and refund rules before making a trial transaction.

Can I collect my client's card number over chat?

Use the hosted checkout link for card entry. Do not ask clients to send card numbers, security codes or authentication codes through your message thread or service order form.

Does a successful card payment guarantee an immediate bank withdrawal?

No. Payment collection and withdrawal are separate steps. Current withdrawal conditions, bank eligibility and transfer processing apply; consult the central terms and confirm your receiving route.

Start with an account in your own name

Follow these actions in order. An already approved account can go straight to project setup:

  1. Create a Gammal Tech account in the name of the person who will receive the earnings and complete the registration checks. Wait for account approval before project setup; review can take up to 10 days. If that account is already approved, continue to the next step.
  2. Sign in and open Developer Mode. Select your project or click Create Project, then open its settings.
  3. Set the Payment Callback URL, an HTTPS page where customers return after checkout, then enable payments. Record the project ID, pid.
  4. Check current charges, refund conditions and withdrawal rules before setting the customer price. Prepare an eligible receiving bank account in the verified person’s name. Transfer fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  5. Open the payment link generator. Enter that project ID, the agreed amount, currency and recognizable description. Review the generated link before sharing it with the customer.
  6. After the customer pays, check the transaction record and match the project, order, amount and currency before delivery. A return-page visit or screenshot alone is not payment confirmation.

Already approved? Open your project and use the payment link generator. Review the current payment fees, withdrawal conditions and refund rules before setting your customer price.
