Before you start

Gammal Tech gives you access to paid ChatGPT and Gemini AI through WhatsApp for 200 EGP per month. It is a simpler service for light personal conversations. File support, file sizes and reply length are limited by WhatsApp and the service. It does not include paid access to the official ChatGPT or Gemini apps or websites.

What does a limited WhatsApp AI experience mean?

The AI behind a reply and the tools available around that reply are different things. You can ask for an explanation, a translation or help improving a short message in a familiar WhatsApp conversation. That does not mean the conversation includes every feature available in a dedicated AI app.

Think about the job you need to finish. “Explain this paragraph” is a good candidate for a quick chat. “Inspect a large folder, analyse every file and produce a lengthy report” needs a workflow built for that workload.

This guide helps you choose a manageable input and a useful answer format. For the account and payment steps, start with using ChatGPT and Gemini through WhatsApp without another app.

Can WhatsApp AI read the file I send?

A successful WhatsApp upload does not, by itself, confirm that the AI service can use the attachment. There are separate questions: can WhatsApp send it, does the Gammal Tech service accept its type and size, and can the service access the information needed to answer you?

Do not assume a format works just because it is available in another AI app. This guide does not publish a universal list of supported formats or a maximum upload size; those details depend on the service's current support.

When an attachment is accepted, include a clear question. “What does the cancellation paragraph mean?” gives the conversation a purpose. Sending a document without instructions leaves the intended task unclear.

If a file is rejected or cannot be read, stop resending the same attachment. Check the current support with Gammal Tech, or use a brief, relevant text excerpt when that is enough to answer your question.

Choose the smallest input that answers your question

Your taskA practical WhatsApp approachWhen to use another interface
Understand part of a long PDFPaste the relevant paragraph and ask one specific question. You need a reliable review of the entire document.
Understand a spreadsheet formulaShare the formula, column meanings and a small example. You need the full workbook processed or edited.
Improve a reportShare a short section and describe the intended reader. You need extensive revision across a long report.
Reply to a messagePaste the relevant message and say what your reply should achieve. The task requires information you cannot provide in a manageable chat.

A small excerpt works best when the question is genuinely local to that excerpt. It cannot stand in for reviewing a whole document. If the answer depends on missing pages, definitions or figures, provide the necessary context or choose an appropriate document workflow.

How can I get a useful answer within reply limits?

WhatsApp and the service limit how much text you can receive. Ask for the answer in a compact form that you can act on, rather than requesting a long essay and hoping it fits.

For an explanation: “Explain the paragraph below in plain English. Give me the main point, one example and any important uncertainty.”

For a message: “Draft a short, polite WhatsApp reply declining this invitation. Keep the reason brief and leave the door open for another date.”

For a spreadsheet question: “Explain why this formula returns an error. These are the column meanings and the example values. Suggest the first thing I should check.”

You can request a particular length, but that is an instruction for the answer, not a promise that the service will deliver that exact amount of text. If a reply appears incomplete, ask one focused follow-up about the missing point. Avoid repeated requests to generate or resend a large report.

Does this include the features in the paid AI apps?

The 200 EGP monthly payment is for Gammal Tech's WhatsApp service. It does not upgrade your OpenAI or Google account, unlock the official apps or transfer their complete feature sets into WhatsApp.

Do not assume a tool, upload workflow, output format or conversation feature is included because you have seen it in ChatGPT or Gemini elsewhere. The WhatsApp service offers a smaller, convenient way to get AI replies.

For occasional explanations and short drafts, that simpler experience may be all you need. If a particular app feature is essential to your work, check that feature directly before choosing a subscription. The 200 EGP WhatsApp AI budget guide explains how to make that decision.

Keep the task small, not just each message

Breaking a large processing job into many small messages does not turn it into light use. The service is intended for moderate personal conversations, with an enforced abuse policy. Heavy, automated, bulk or abusive use can lead to suspension before the paid month ends.

Use an excerpt to answer a focused question, not to submit a whole book or dataset piece by piece. For a better everyday workflow, see quick questions and fair use on WhatsApp AI.

Start with one clear question

New Gammal Tech accounts take 1–10 days to activate; this is a one-time account step. An existing activated account does not need another activation wait for each subscription. Follow the setup guide to create or use your account and prepare your Wallet balance. Funding the Wallet alone does not activate the subscription.

Then open WhatsApp and message +201033998844, Gammal Tech's WhatsApp number. Bring one question, the context it needs and the answer format you want. That is often enough to turn a short conversation into useful help.
