What you will finish

Publish one shareable page where a visitor can compare three labelled recordings, understand your capabilities and request a short audition through your own WhatsApp without creating an account.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose three recordings you may publish, such as an advertisement, an explainer and a story. Label personal practice recordings honestly instead of presenting them as commissioned work.
  • Prepare a transcript, duration, language and performance description for each clip. Remove confidential material and obtain permission before identifying a previous client or showing their branding.
  • List the file formats and recording quality you can actually deliver. Decide whether basic audio cleanup is included and which services require a separate specialist.
  • Write your audition policy, including any fee, maximum sample length, response time and permitted use. Choose the personal business WhatsApp number you are comfortable publishing.

2. Define how the project works

1. Organise samples around the listening decision

Name each sample for its purpose: energetic advert, calm explanation or character narration. Avoid presenting the same performance under several labels. Keep each recording focused, display its duration and place its transcript beside it. Identify practice work explicitly. Listen on an ordinary phone before publishing; strong background music and room echo can hide the voice a customer is trying to assess. Three contrasting, usable examples are enough for this first page.

2. Describe what the customer receives

State the audio formats you can supply and whether the offer includes voice only or basic processing. Explain separately whether inserting audio into video or sourcing licensed music is available. Distinguish correcting your reading error from rerecording because the customer changed the approved script. Use your actual capabilities; invented equipment, client logos and unsupported experience claims make it harder for someone to assess the service accurately and create avoidable expectations.

3. Ask for an audition brief that matters

Ask for the project type, language, final word count, deadline and intended publication channels. If it is paid advertising, discuss the requested licence duration and territory before quoting. Request a short excerpt for the audition rather than the full script. Make clear that availability, price and commercial use are confirmed after reviewing those details. A sample being downloadable should not be treated as the complete explanation of its usage terms.

4. Review permissions and the listening experience

Use original scripts or material you are permitted to reproduce, and omit music whose licence you cannot establish. Request playback controls that start only when the visitor chooses. Ask how audio will be hosted and whether that creates an additional cost before approving construction. Connect the enquiry button to your personal WhatsApp. Open the result as a visitor and check that listening and reading transcripts require no unnecessary account.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative sample arrangement
SampleListening purposeVisible label
Practice advertEnergetic fictional product introductionEgyptian Arabic; 20 seconds; practice
ExplainerCalm step-by-step narrationStandard Arabic; 30 seconds; original script
Short storyChanges of rhythm and characterEgyptian Arabic; 35 seconds; original script

Durations illustrate the layout. Use your real files and never imply a company commissioned a recording when it did not.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build a ONE PAGE MeNooN website for my voice-over work under [professional name] in Egypt. My audience is [customer type], and my actual languages and accents are [details]. Include three supplied audio files or links: [sample one], [sample two] and [sample three]. Label each with purpose, duration, transcript and permission status. Identify practice recordings clearly and do not autoplay audio. Explain my available delivery formats [formats], processing and revision limits [details], and audition policy [terms]. The enquiry button should open my personal WhatsApp [international number] with questions about project type, word count, language, deadline, publication channels and intended usage period. Visitors should not need to log in. Do not invent clients, prices, qualifications or permission to use material. Explain that public samples are for listening and commercial use needs an agreed licence. Make transcripts easy to read on phones. Before execution, evaluate and quote the one-time creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP. Identify any additional audio hosting or service costs and wait for my approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Open every sample on a phone and press play once.Expected result: The correct clip plays without autoplay, and the transcript matches the recording.
  2. Send a test enquiry for a 150-word explanation video.Expected result: WhatsApp opens your correct number and the message asks for timing and intended use as well as word count.
  3. Ask someone to inspect the page with sound muted.Expected result: They can distinguish sample types, read the scripts and find the enquiry route.
  4. Inspect a practice sample and any downloadable file.Expected result: Practice status and listening terms remain visible, with no unapproved client identity or music.

7. Use the project during its first week

During the first week, share the link with a small number of relevant video creators or agencies and point each person toward the appropriate sample. Record the project types, languages and questions that come back. If educational narration attracts suitable enquiries, improve that section before adding more recordings. Check playback links weekly and obtain written permission before adding commissioned work. Track relevant audition enquiries alongside visits; repeated playback alone does not tell you whether the page explains a service people need.

Questions about this project

Can I start without previous clients?

Yes. Record original practice scripts and label them honestly. Clear, usable samples are more helpful than invented client history or recordings presented without permission.

Should every recording have the same price?

You can publish a real price for a tightly defined service. Length, usage, languages and revisions may change the agreement, so request those details before confirming a final quote.

Can the customer publish an audition?

State your intended permission explicitly. An audition can be limited to evaluation, with a short recording suitable for that purpose; sending a file alone does not communicate complete licensing terms.
