What you will finish

Publish the lesson scope, teaching approach, price and an authentic sample. A parent can send a general enquiry and agree a realistic learning goal and suitable time with you.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose one subject, school year and curriculum you genuinely know. Identify a starting topic and prerequisite knowledge rather than combining unrelated levels in one offer.
  • Prepare a short explanation of an original or authorised exercise. Show reasoning rather than only an answer, and avoid using a student’s private homework as public sample material.
  • Specify session length, participant count, location or remote format, price and any included follow-up. Make clear what a parent actually receives for the stated fee.
  • Plan parent communication when teaching minors, rescheduling terms and privacy boundaries. Do not publish pupils’ grades, photographs or personal details without appropriate permission.

2. Define how the project works

1. Define the learner the lesson serves

Name the subject, school year, curriculum and topic, then state a concrete aim such as understanding a particular problem-solving method. Do not promise perfect marks or guaranteed improvement after a fixed number of sessions. Explain whether this is foundation work or revision and what the learner should know first. A parent can then distinguish a suitable lesson from a broad advertisement that appears to offer everything.

2. Let a sample demonstrate your teaching

Choose a short example, explain why each step is useful and offer a similar question for practice. The sample does not require a lengthy video library; it should reveal your language, pace and response to a common misunderstanding. Use material you own or are authorised to share, with attribution where needed. Do not display former pupils’ names or grades or invent successful teaching histories.

3. Ask about the need without collecting a pupil file

The initial message asks the parent about subject, year, difficult topic and preferred attendance format. Do not request identity numbers, school records or sensitive personal information through the public page. You can later discuss a suitable learning example to understand the starting point. If the request falls outside your expertise or curriculum, explain that before accepting payment or offering an unsuitable lesson.

4. Confirm the session and learning aim

Check availability, then send the agreed time, duration, price, attendance method and preparation needed. Separate requesting a time from receiving confirmation and explain cancellation or rescheduling arrangements. After the lesson, provide the agreed short summary of practice and next steps rather than only recording attendance. If another session would help, explain its educational purpose; an enquiry does not automatically commit the family to a long subscription.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create ONE PAGE for [subject] lessons for [school year and curriculum] in Alexandria using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. My name is [name], and my accurately described experience and qualifications are [details]. The initial topic is [topic], the learning aim is [specific skill], and prerequisites are [knowledge]. Include my authorised sample explanation [text or owned video], without copied content or pupil photographs and grades. Each session lasts [duration], has [participant count], takes place through [location or remote method], costs [price] and includes [follow-up]. Link to my personal WhatsApp [number] with a parent enquiry about subject, year, difficult topic and preferred attendance method. Collect no identity documents or sensitive children’s records; visitors need no login. I personally confirm suitability, time and cost, so do not create automatic bookings. Include rescheduling terms [terms] and no guaranteed marks or unverified accreditation. Make the page readable on a phone. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting and other charges, then wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Enquire about a different school year or curriculum.Expected result: The boundaries are visible and you can explain suitability before accepting any commitment.
  2. Ask a parent to describe the skill shown by your sample.Expected result: They can identify the learning aim and approach rather than merely repeat a generic success claim.
  3. Request an unavailable time.Expected result: It remains an enquiry and you propose alternatives personally; no place is automatically confirmed.
  4. Review the page and draft message for children’s personal data.Expected result: No identity number, grade record or sensitive pupil information is requested, and parent contact is used where appropriate.

7. Use the project during its first week

Share the page in an appropriate school-year community that allows it, leading with the teaching sample. During the first week, record the topics parents struggle to explain and whether those needs match your expertise. If most enquiries require earlier foundations, clarify that prerequisite instead of promising rapid coverage of an entire curriculum. After a lesson, ask about the clarity of your explanation and organisation, not an outcome that has not yet occurred. Keep availability current and pupil information out of public content.

Questions about this project

Can I guarantee a top grade?

No. Explain the teaching and practice offered. Results also depend on prior knowledge, effort and other factors outside your control.

Does this require a complete learning platform?

No. This offer needs clear information, a sample and enquiries. Accounts, assignment systems and recordings would be a separate project to assess.

Should I show former pupils’ results?

Do not invent results or publish personal details without suitable permission. A strong teaching sample can be more useful and more respectful of privacy.
