What you will finish

Create a private itinerary with visits, travel allowances and time buffers, plus a budget separating per-person prices, group charges, reserves and the amounts you actually spend.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose the destination, date and participant count first. This tool organises a selected trip rather than comparing countries, optimising travel dates or assessing overseas relocation.
  • Check venue times with their sources and record the link and review date. Anything unconfirmed should remain visibly unresolved instead of becoming a final itinerary assumption.
  • Collect quotes or prices and identify whether each is per person or per group, what it includes and its validity. Do not enter payment-card or passport details.
  • Estimate travel and rest time, include a buffer and choose a manageable reserve amount. These are planning assumptions, not guarantees about cost or arrival.

2. Define how the project works

1. Place fixed commitments first

Start with an arrangement you cannot easily move, such as a booking you have personally confirmed. Fit flexible visits around it. Give each stop a start time, duration, checked address and outstanding questions. Do not add an attractive place before checking whether it fits the day. Keep the plan short enough to understand on a phone and store only a minimal booking reference, not identity documents or sensitive account details.

2. Include movement and buffers before filling the day

Time between visits includes leaving a building, reaching transport, travelling and sometimes waiting. Enter a travel allowance and a separate buffer, then check whether the next start time is still feasible. Ask for warnings where periods overlap, not automatic rearrangement based on unverified information. When the day is crowded, remove an optional stop rather than shrinking every travel estimate until the plan looks possible on paper.

3. Separate individual prices from group charges

For every item, enter its amount and basis: per person multiplied by participant count, or a group charge included once. Use a single currency initially so unlike amounts are not added together. Sum the items and show the reserve separately. Expected or reserved money is not necessarily paid money. Keep actual spending as an owner-entered field and add a short note when a meaningful difference needs explaining.

4. Review before leaving and after returning

Before travelling, reconfirm important times and prices directly with their source and record the review date. Keep a readable copy if needed when connectivity is poor, checking what actually opens rather than assuming cloud saving works offline. After the trip, enter actual spending, compare categories and note one useful adjustment for next time. Store the plan privately; other participants’ movements and personal details do not belong on a public page.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative one-day budget for two people, not market prices
ItemBasisTotal EGP
Outward and return transport300 per group each way600
Admission100 × two people200
Meal175 × two people350
Optional activity75 × two people150
Reserve and planned total1,300 items + 200 reserve1,500 planned budget

If recorded actual spending is 1,250 EGP, the difference from the planned budget is 250 EGP. The reserve does not become actual spending merely because it was planned.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build ONE PAGE on MeNooN for my private trip to [destination] on [date] for [participant count], called [tool name]. The destination and day are already chosen; do not compare flight or rail offers or optimise travel dates. Use Gammal Tech login and separate per-user storage. Include stops with date, address, start time, duration, travel allowance, buffer, confirmation note, source link and review date. Warn about overlaps without inventing travel times or opening hours. Use EGP only initially. Each budget item has an amount and per-person or per-group basis, participant count, a separate reserve and actual spending I enter. Do not multiply group charges or automatically treat the reserve as spent. Show planned, actual and difference, rejecting zero participants, negative values or missing required times. Do not collect passports or card details or publish my route. Do not claim live prices or guaranteed arrival. Preserve existing records if loading fails. Before starting, quote the one-time build fee separately from the first month of standard 100 EGP hosting for an available name of at least three characters, plus any usage costs. Wait for approval and explain phone-based review.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Enter the two-person example with a 200 EGP reserve.Expected result: Items total 1,300 and the plan totals 1,500. Group transport remains 600 instead of doubling with participant count.
  2. Record actual spending of 1,250 without spending the reserve.Expected result: The difference is 250. The tool does not automatically add 200 to actual spending.
  3. End a visit at 2 pm, allow thirty minutes of travel and start the next at 2:15 pm.Expected result: A clash appears. The earliest arrival is 2:30 pm before adding any extra buffer.
  4. Try zero participants, then save a valid plan and sign in again.Expected result: The invalid count is rejected. The valid plan returns with your supplied prices and source notes, without invented updates.

7. Use the project during its first week

Begin with one short trip whose places you know. Use arrangements and quotes you checked rather than copying a ready-made list. The day before, review fixed commitments, movement time and costs, removing an optional stop if necessary. Record spending when practical during the trip without letting the tool distract from the experience. Review differences briefly afterwards. If a friend wants the tool, share its link so they can make their own plan using their own account. Sharing the tool does not share your itinerary or spending records.

Your first weekly review note

Trip review for [destination]: I planned [amount] and spent [amount]. The biggest difference was [category]. Next time I will allow [buffer or change]. My private planning tool: [website link]. Prices and times were checked for my trip, not advertised as current offers.

Questions about this project

Does the tool fetch opening hours or ticket prices?

No. You enter information obtained from suitable sources and record when it was checked. Displaying an amount does not make it a current quote or a valid booking offer.

Is the reserve an expense?

It is part of your planning limit, not money already paid. Record actual expenditure when it occurs and compare the allocation with the amount used.

Can I plan in multiple currencies?

The first version uses EGP only. Multiple currencies need a clear conversion method, source and date; do not add amounts in different currencies directly.
