What you will finish
Your private page groups entries into personal categories and records required, available and packed quantities. Four mutually exclusive states show completed entries, unfinished purchases, ready-but-unpacked items and things deliberately left until departure.
1. Gather these details
- Choose one trip and a few useful categories, such as clothing, personal items, chargers and activity equipment. A short trip label is sufficient without booking details.
- List item types and required quantities. Three shirts can be one entry with quantity three instead of three duplicate entries that are harder to review consistently.
- Check what you already have before preparing a shopping list. Distinguish an item available at home from one physically packed so purchasing does not falsely complete it.
- Identify items you will use until departure, such as a phone charger. Reserve the last-minute state for available items rather than unfinished purchases you might forget.
- Choose a brief evening review and a final check before leaving. Document images and other sensitive personal details are unnecessary for remembering items in this checklist.
2. Define how the project works
Define entries and quantities without duplicates
Start with ten item types or fewer and place each in one useful category. Record the type and a positive whole required quantity. Keep shirts as one entry even if you need three, so the entry counter remains understandable. If the quantity changes, edit that record rather than creating another identical name. Display the required quantity beside each item; completing one entry must not imply that one physical piece is always enough.
Record available and physically packed separately
For each entry, enter the available quantity allocated to this trip and the quantity actually packed. Available cannot exceed required, and packed cannot exceed available. If you need three shirts and own all three but have packed only two, the entry remains incomplete. Buying an item increases available quantity, not packed quantity. Request an explanation when quantities are inconsistent rather than silently correcting them, so the page does not give a misleading impression of completed preparation.
Use four states that cannot overlap
Derive the state from quantities: fully packed means packed equals required; still to buy means available is below required. When everything is available but packing is incomplete, a departure-time choice makes it last-minute; otherwise it is ready but unpacked. Apply those rules in that order so every entry has exactly one state. Show entry counts beside each state and distinguish those counts from the physical units that still need purchasing.
Finish by checking physical preparation
Before leaving, open last-minute items, physically pack each one and update its quantity. Review the other unfinished states too, so outstanding purchases or ready items do not disappear from attention. If you remove something already packed, reduce the packed count in its existing record. Names, categories and quantities remain editable, while deleting an entry or clearing the list requires confirmation. Before reusing the list, review needs again rather than keeping a previous trip’s completed states.
3. Work through an example
| State | Illustrative contents | Entry count |
|---|---|---|
| Packed | Shirts, trousers, toiletries, notebook and comb | 5 |
| Still to buy | An unavailable toothbrush and an incomplete tissue quantity | 2 |
| Last-minute | An available charger still being used | 1 |
| Ready but unpacked | No entries currently in this state | 0 |
| Total | 5 + 2 + 1 + 0 | 8 entries; 5 complete and 3 incomplete |
Shirts remain one entry regardless of quantity. If three are required and two packed, that entry is incomplete. One missing toothbrush and one missing tissue pack mean two units to buy across two entries. Each entry occupies only one state.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.
For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Build a private ONE PAGE travel packing checklist on MeNooN called [name], in [language]. Use Gammal Tech login and isolated per-user JSON storage; hide records after logout and from other accounts. Each entry has a name, category, positive whole required quantity, available quantity, packed quantity and last-minute choice. Validate zero ≤ packed ≤ available ≤ required; reject missing required fields, negatives and fractions without silent correction. Derive exactly one state in this order: packed when packed equals required; still to buy when available is below required; last-minute when fully available, incompletely packed and the choice is selected; otherwise ready but unpacked. Show state filters and entry counts whose sum equals the number of records. Distinguish entries from physical units. The shopping view shows required minus available for each entry. Changing available quantity must not change packed automatically. Allow editing and confirmed deletion, with separate confirmation for clearing the list. Do not request document images or booking references or create shared access. Use readable mobile layouts and text labels alongside colours. Before execution, separately quote the one-time build fee, standard first-month hosting of EGP 100 and any chargeable login-code usage. Wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Create eight entries: five fully packed, two with insufficient available quantities and one available charger marked last-minute.Expected result: Counts are five packed, two still to buy, one last-minute and zero ready but unpacked. They total eight, with three incomplete entries.
- For shirts, enter required three, available three and packed two, then increase packed to three.Expected result: One incomplete entry becomes one complete entry. The checklist does not count three entries merely because three physical shirts are required.
- Enter required two, available one and packed zero; buy the missing unit and update available to two only.Expected result: Units to buy change from one to zero. The entry becomes ready but unpacked, remaining incomplete until both units are physically packed.
- Try packed three with available two, then a missing quantity; sign out and open using another test account.Expected result: Invalid inputs are rejected clearly. The other account cannot see or retrieve original records by changing an identifier; your own records remain available on return.
7. Use the project during its first week
On the first evening, enter eight items and check what is available before buying anything. The next evening, use the still-to-buy filter and purchase missing quantities rather than repeating the original requirement. After shopping, update available quantities; update packed separately when physical preparation is complete. Before leaving, check last-minute items and then every other incomplete state. On return, note one unused item and one forgotten item to improve the next list. Demonstrate the tool using fictional records rather than exposing personal trip details.
Your first weekly review note

Questions about this project
Does purchasing an item mark it packed?
No. A purchase changes available quantity only. Update packed after physically preparing the item for departure; otherwise something available at home could be mistaken for something already packed.
Should three shirts be three checklist entries?
Use one shirts entry with required quantity three. It becomes complete when all three are packed. The entry counter increases by one while the quantity field preserves the actual number of pieces.
What if a last-minute item still needs purchasing?
Still to buy takes precedence while available quantity is below required. Last-minute appears only when everything is available but packing remains incomplete, preventing an unfinished purchase from hiding among deliberately deferred items.
