What you will finish

You will have a private tool displaying the actual offered quantity, total cost and cost per unit, alongside specification and delivery notes. It supports your decision without placing orders or claiming to verify supplier quality and availability.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose one item with a comparable specification, including size, material and packaging. Different products should not appear equivalent merely because their descriptions sound similar.
  • Prepare two fictional offers stating whether prices apply per piece or per pack and how many pieces each pack contains. Leave an unclear unit unresolved until checked.
  • Record delivery and other charges exactly as offered. A blank field does not mean free delivery, and the displayed goods price may not include every expense.
  • Enter any quoted tax or charge as a supplied amount and specify whether it is already included. This tool neither selects a tax rate nor establishes applicability.
  • Set the required quantity and latest acceptable arrival date, then note each quotation’s validity. An expired offer must not be treated as a confirmed current price.

2. Define how the project works

1. Establish a common comparison basis

Write the required specification, quantity and base unit, then convert each offer to that unit. If a supplier sells six-piece packs, multiply the pack count by six before calculating per-piece cost. Do not hide extra quantities required by pack sizes. Display both the quantity needed and the quantity offered, because a lower unit cost does not necessarily mean a lower cash outlay or a quantity appropriate for your needs.

2. Add costs without counting them twice

Calculate the goods amount and add delivery and confirmed charges only when they are not already included. Give each charge a known or awaiting confirmation state. An incomplete offer should not automatically rank as the final cheapest option. Retain the quotation reference and date so you can revisit the source figures. Never infer a price, tax or fee from a supplier name or address, and distinguish a confirmed zero from missing information.

3. Separate price from suitability

Display expected delivery, specification, payment terms, validity and unresolved questions beside the numeric comparison. A small price difference may matter less than arrival after the required date. Do not automatically assign trust or quality ratings. If you use suitable or needs review labels, make them your manual decisions with reasons. They are not independent recommendations or checks performed by the calculator. Keep the evidence behind each commercial judgement available.

4. Record the choice before purchasing

After confirming missing details, record the selected offer, your reason and what you agreed outside the tool. Preserve other quotations with their dates for later comparison. Selecting a row does not issue a purchase order or reserve stock: contact the supplier yourself to confirm availability, final price and delivery. On receipt, compare the goods with the agreement and note discrepancies factually so the next purchasing decision benefits from what you learned.

3. Work through an example

Fictional offers for the same twenty-four pieces, with no extra charges in this example
OfferTotal costCost per piece
A: four six-piece packs at 120 each480 + delivery 50 = 530530 ÷ 24 ≈ 22.08
B: twenty-four pieces at 19 each456 + delivery 60 = 516516 ÷ 24 = 21.50
Total difference530 − 516 = 14B costs EGP 14 less
Purchasing decisionConfirm specification and datePrice alone is insufficient

Extra charges are zero only to simplify this example. Enter confirmed amounts for a real quotation rather than inferring that no tax or other charges apply.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build a private one-page supplier quote comparison tool named [tool name] on MeNooN. Use Gammal Tech login and separate per-user storage without shared account access or automatic supplier messages. Each comparison needs an item, specification, required quantity, base unit and one currency. For each offer, enter a short reference, number of packs, pack size and pack price, or pieces and price per piece. Calculate actual quantity and goods value. Add delivery and tax or other charges only as amounts I supply and only when not already included. Display total and per-unit cost to two decimals while retaining calculation precision. Distinguish a confirmed zero from unknown charges and flag incomplete or expired offers rather than automatically calling them cheapest. Include validity date, expected delivery, payment terms and a manual decision note. Reject zero pack sizes and negative inputs. Do not invent tax rates, exchange rates or quality scores. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at EGP 100, explain additional usage costs and wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Enter offer A as four packs of six, priced at 120 per pack, with delivery of fifty.Expected result: It shows twenty-four pieces, total 530 and displayed unit cost 22.08, rather than treating 120 as the piece price.
  2. Enter offer B as twenty-four pieces at nineteen with delivery of sixty.Expected result: The total is 516, unit cost 21.50 and difference fourteen. Specification and delivery suitability remain separate checks.
  3. Leave delivery unknown for one offer and try a pack size of zero.Expected result: The incomplete total is identified and not declared definitively cheapest. Zero pack size is rejected.
  4. Record a manual selection, save and sign in again.Expected result: The reason, original offers and dates remain. No purchase is sent and signed-out visitors cannot view the register.

7. Use the project during its first week

During the first week, use an item you actually expect to buy but first test pack conversion with fictional figures. Then enter two quotations already received and identify every field requiring a supplier question. Resolve those questions manually before deciding, and record when terms were confirmed because price and availability can change. After delivery, compare quantity, specification and final charges with your record. Note differences and their causes factually. The purpose is better future purchasing, not publishing a context-free supplier price list or unsupported accusations.

Questions about this project

Should I always choose the lowest unit cost?

No. Consider total outlay, excess quantity, specification, delivery and payment terms. A cheaper unit in a much larger pack may require spending more than the quantity you need warrants.

Does the tool calculate the legally correct tax?

You enter confirmed amounts and indicate whether they are already included. This project does not establish tax rates or applicability, and an empty field is not an exemption.

Is this a quotation request form?

No. It begins after offers arrive and makes them comparable. Requesting prices is an earlier step, while confirming a purchase remains manual communication outside the tool.
