What you will finish

Finish with a personal page containing dated study sessions, clear task goals, clash warnings and a weekly review of planned minutes, actual minutes and completed work.

1. Gather these details

  • List classes, working hours, travel and regular commitments for one week. Reserve realistic breaks before treating the remaining gaps as available study time.
  • Choose three subjects and one small task per session. Preparing five practice answers is easier to review than a broad instruction to study mathematics.
  • Decide how long a session can reasonably last for you. Use your recent experience, including times when tiredness makes a demanding task unsuitable.
  • Prepare a fictional test week with one postponed session. You will use it to check moving, saving and restoring records without entering classmates’ personal information.

2. Define how the project works

1. Protect the time that is already committed

Start with seven dated days and mark the periods you cannot use. Include travel and recovery after a long day rather than assuming every gap is productive. Choose a small number of realistic study windows and leave some reserve time. Set the week-start day explicitly so Sunday and Monday do not become competing versions of the same schedule. A difficult subject needs a suitable slot, not an impossible promise.

2. Give each session a finish you can recognise

Write a task with an action and a boundary: read two pages and summarise three points, or answer five questions and check the mistakes. Record the subject, start time, duration and goal. Split large tasks into separate sessions. When you finish early, enter the actual minutes rather than increasing the number to match the plan. Add a short note about anything you still cannot explain; time alone is not evidence of understanding.

3. Keep plans separate from completed work

Use three statuses: planned, completed and postponed. Moving a session should retain its task while changing its date after your confirmation. Reject overlapping sessions and invalid durations before saving them. The weekly summary should show planned minutes, actual minutes and completed tasks separately. A postponed session is not a failure to hide or a task to mark completed. It is information that helps you make a better next decision.

4. Review a real week before adding features

After seven days, compare the timetable with your experience. Identify whether long tasks, unsuitable timing or unclear instructions caused the biggest gap. Change one thing for the following week. Keep the tool personal and avoid predicted grades or student rankings. Save through your own Gammal Tech account, then test returning later. An unavailable connection must not be mistaken for an empty timetable that can safely overwrite your existing records.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative test week, not a recommended workload
SessionPlannedRecorded result
Sunday: five problems45 minutes40 minutes; completed
Tuesday: chapter review30 minutes20 minutes; completed
Thursday: self-test45 minutesPostponed; zero minutes
Weekly total120 planned minutes60 actual minutes; two of three tasks complete

Half the planned time does not mean half the learning. Review your answers and remaining questions, then choose a realistic new date for the postponed task.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build ONE PAGE on MeNooN for my private study timetable called [tool name]. Use [language] and start the week on [day]. Use Gammal Tech login and private per-user storage; do not create a public schedule or shared account. Include fixed commitments and study sessions with subject, date, start time, duration, task goal, planned/completed/postponed status, actual minutes and an optional note. Warn about overlapping sessions on the same day and reject missing required fields or invalid durations. Show weekly planned minutes, actual minutes and completed task counts separately; explain that time does not measure understanding. Let me move a session after confirming the new date. Never overwrite old records when loading fails, and show saved only after saving succeeds. Test that my records return after signing out and back in. Include removable fictional sample data, with no grade predictions, rankings or paid AI assistant. Before starting, quote the one-time build fee separately from the first month of standard 100 EGP hosting for an available name of at least three characters, plus any usage costs, and wait for approval. Explain how I can update the week on my phone.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Enter the three sessions and results in the example.Expected result: The summary shows 120 planned minutes, 60 actual minutes and two completed tasks. The postponed task is not counted as complete.
  2. Add a 6–7 pm session, then another beginning at 6:30 pm.Expected result: A clash appears before the second session is accepted; changing its time preserves the original session.
  3. Leave the goal blank or enter a negative duration.Expected result: The relevant field asks for a valid value, and no incomplete session changes the totals.
  4. Save a distinctive practice session, sign out and return.Expected result: Its details and status reappear. A loading failure must not claim that the saved timetable has disappeared.

7. Use the project during its first week

Use the tool yourself before inviting anyone else. Review the day for a minute each morning and update a session when it ends. After the first week, record three reasons for differences between planned and actual work, then choose one adjustment. If a friend tests the tool, they should use their own account and timetable. Ask them to move one session and describe where the interface was confusing. Collect feedback about the task, without publishing their grades, movements or private schedule as promotional evidence.

Your first weekly review note

First weekly review: I planned [minutes] and recorded [minutes]. The main reason for postponed work was [reason]. Next week I will change [one thing]. My tool: [website link]. I am testing a realistic routine, not promising a particular grade.

Questions about this project

Must I fill every available hour?

No. Start with sessions that have clear goals and realistic times. Spare periods allow rest and unexpected commitments; an overloaded calendar is not evidence of better learning.

Can my classmates edit the same timetable?

This version keeps each person’s records separate. A shared timetable requires an explicitly designed access and editing model; do not solve it by sharing an account.

What if nearly every session is postponed?

Reduce the task size and choose a more dependable time. Complete one manageable session and learn from it before filling another ambitious week.
