What you will finish
Publish one internship-ready portfolio link with three inspectable examples, a clear distinction between individual and team work, and a contact route you deliberately choose to make public.
1. Gather these details
- Choose three reasonably different pieces of work, such as research, a product model or data analysis. They do not all need to be websites or programming projects.
- For each project, record its goal, your contribution, the team’s contribution and evidence you may publish. Remove names and information that a public page does not need.
- Prepare a sanitised screenshot, file or demonstration link and a short inspection instruction. Do not publish restricted coursework, examination solutions or materials owned by someone else.
- Identify the type of internship you want, an appropriate contact method and an update date. Write a short study introduction without home addresses or identity numbers.
2. Define how the project works
1. Choose evidence that fits the opportunity
Describe the internship you want, then choose three examples showing relevant abilities. A marketing applicant might show audience research, campaign analysis and content design; an operations applicant might show an organised activity and a process improvement. Avoid uploading every assignment. Label practice and simulated work accurately. The purpose is to connect a real example to an ability you can discuss, rather than making the reader believe you already have professional experience you lack.
2. Describe a contribution someone can verify
For each project, explain the problem, your work, the evidence and the lesson. In a team project, name the part you handled instead of claiming the entire result. Say that you collected responses or designed a particular screen if that is accurate. Acknowledge meaningful help and tools, and be ready to explain your decisions. Do not invent success percentages; if no outcome was measured, state what was tested and what remains uncertain.
3. Make every example inspectable
Provide a readable image or sanitised file and explain what the reviewer should look for. A calculator example could include an input and expected output; a research example could show the question, method and sample limitations. Avoid links requiring your university account or team permissions. Ask someone unfamiliar with the project to open the page on a phone and describe what they think you personally contributed. Correct the page if their interpretation is inaccurate.
4. Use the page actively in applications
Place the most relevant example first and explain the opportunity you are currently seeking. Add the portfolio link to your CV and application message with a sentence pointing to a suitable project. Do not publish a supervisor’s or teammate’s contact details without permission. Use your personal WhatsApp only if you choose to make it public. Review study status and links before important applications so a recruiter does not receive outdated information.
3. Work through an example
| Work | Personal contribution | Permitted evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Student activity survey | Writing questions and summarising responses | Summary without contact details |
| Interface prototype | Designing and testing one screen | Image and a problem corrected |
| Table analysis | Cleaning synthetic data and checking totals | Before-and-after plus validation |
| Team project | A specifically identified contribution | Permission to show the selected part |
These are examples of honest descriptions, not achievements to copy into your biography. Use work you actually did and avoid counting one project twice.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Build a ONE PAGE MeNooN student portfolio for [my name] in Egypt. I study [subject and stage] and seek an internship in [field]. Present up to three genuine projects whose details I supply [first], [second] and [third]. If I supply fewer, show only those projects without invented work or filler. For each, show the problem, my personal contribution, team contributions where relevant, an authorised evidence image or link, a way to inspect the result and what I learned. Label practice or simulated projects accurately instead of presenting them as employment or commercial work. Do not invent grades, companies or success metrics. Put the most relevant project first and show the last update date. Add a button to my personal WhatsApp [international number] for internship enquiries without visitor login. Exclude identity numbers, home addresses, teammate details and files I cannot share. Make evidence readable on phones with text explanations and avoid links requiring a university account. Before execution, evaluate the one-time creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP. List any additional services and wait for my approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Ask a friend to explain your role in each project.Expected result: They distinguish your contribution from the team’s work without attributing unsupported skills to you.
- Open evidence in a private browser on a phone without your university account.Expected result: Permitted materials open without unavailable access permissions.
- Review names, grades and outcomes in text and images.Expected result: Claims have evidence and unnecessary personal or teammate details are absent.
- Send a test internship enquiry through the contact button.Expected result: Your correct number opens with an understandable message and no visitor account requirement.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, include the page in suitable applications and point each recipient toward a relevant example. Ask a tutor or peer to review how clearly your contribution is described. Record broken links and questions the page leaves unanswered. Do not rely on employers discovering it through search alone. After an interview or new assignment, improve one evidence card instead of adding many vague skills. Keep the original work so you can explain details when asked.
An announcement you can adapt
I have put together three projects from learning [field], including my contribution, evidence and lessons: [website link]. I am seeking an internship in [speciality] and welcome specific feedback on how clearly the examples explain my work.
Questions about this project
Do I need to study computer science?
No. Research, event organisation, design, analysis and practical experiments can all show useful abilities. Choose evidence relevant to the opportunity.
What if I only have one project?
Show it honestly and complete two distinct small projects when you can. Do not invent work to reach a target number; clear evidence is more valuable.
Should I disclose AI assistance?
Acknowledge meaningful assistance according to your course or employer requirements. Explain your decisions and checks, and do not claim work you cannot discuss yourself.
