What you will finish
Create a page with countable monthly deliverables, an approval routine and a WhatsApp enquiry asking about the business, platform and available materials, with no request for login credentials.
1. Gather these details
- Choose one platform and a package you can reliably deliver. Specify post quantities, formats and language, including whether you provide writing, design or both.
- Prepare an illustrative calendar using fictional products or authorised material. Do not present invented account results or unauthorised client work as evidence of experience.
- Identify who supplies product photographs, prices and offer information, and who approves them. Set dates for collecting materials and reviewing a batch before publication.
- Decide whether the offer is file delivery or includes publishing. Publishing access should use suitable platform permissions with the least access needed, never shared passwords or verification codes.
2. Define how the project works
1. Replace a vague label with deliverables
Describe the actual package, for example eight static posts with Arabic copy and design on one platform during an agreed month. These quantities are illustrative; use your real capacity. Specify whether stories, video, message replies and advertising are included. Separate advertising spend from your service fee. Avoid an undefined “complete management” promise, and do not substitute guaranteed reach or sales for a clear explanation of work you can control.
2. Show how the content calendar works
Prepare four example topics: a product introduction, a common question, a usage explanation and a genuine offer when one exists. Identify the purpose and customer-supplied materials for each. Explain that the calendar illustrates your process rather than fitting every business unchanged. Show a matching caption and design so readers know what one post means in the package. Keep this service focused on a publishing cycle rather than general website copy.
3. Require a clear approval decision
Collect materials together, then send an organised batch for review. Ask for one responsible person to consolidate team feedback and confirm the accuracy of prices, claims and images. For a simple first workflow, wait for explicit approval instead of treating silence as consent. If materials or approval arrive late, explain the schedule impact promptly. Retain the approved version so it cannot be confused with a later draft or unreviewed correction.
4. Separate publishing access from the service enquiry
You can begin by delivering copy and designs that the customer publishes themselves. If publishing is included, use an appropriate invitation and permission level available on the chosen platform, reviewed with its owner. Never request a password or OTP through WhatsApp. Agree when access ends and who handles customer messages or complaints. Visitors should be able to inspect your package and samples without sharing access to any social account.
3. Work through an example
| Item | Example definition | Clarification |
|---|---|---|
| Content | 8 static posts in one month | Use your actual deliverable count |
| Language | Arabic copy per post | Translation requires agreement |
| Design | One agreed size | Extra sizes are additional work |
| Approval | Written sign-off before publication | One person consolidates feedback |
| Advertising | Excluded in this example | Management fee and spend differ |
This is a teaching example, not an imposed price or service package. Publish your actual terms and use approved customer materials.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Build a ONE PAGE MeNooN website for my social media service [name] in Egypt. Present one monthly package for [platform] with actual deliverables [quantity, formats, language and sizes] and [price if supplied]. Clearly explain whether writing, design, publishing, replies and advertising are included; explicitly exclude services I do not provide. Show my original sample [sample] and an illustrative calendar identifying content types and customer materials. Describe collection of materials, review by one responsible person, written approval and then delivery or publishing. Open my personal WhatsApp [international number] with questions about the business, platform, goal, available materials and starting date. Never request passwords or verification codes and do not promise follower counts or sales. If publishing requires account access, explain that the owner grants suitable platform permissions instead of sharing credentials. Visitors need no account. Before execution, evaluate the one-time page creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP. Identify any other charges and wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Ask someone to count the monthly deliverables from the page.Expected result: They identify the quantity, format and platform without confusing posts, stories and advertisements.
- Read the offer as a customer expecting all-day message replies.Expected result: The page clearly states whether replies are included and their actual limits.
- Send a test WhatsApp enquiry without account details.Expected result: You receive business and platform information without a password or verification-code request.
- Review the calendar, images and performance claims.Expected result: Illustrations are labelled and no client approval or outcome is invented.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, approach a small set of businesses whose work you understand and explain the specific package. Record recurring misunderstandings, such as designing a post versus managing paid advertising. Clarify the offer before adding more services. When the first month starts, keep a delivery and approval checklist and review whether feedback time fits your capacity. Assess work quality, consistency and useful customer questions without turning an uncertain publishing outcome into a guaranteed commercial result.

Questions about this project
Do I have to publish the posts myself?
No. You can deliver copy and designs for the customer to publish. If you add publishing, define permissions, responsibilities and the end of account access clearly.
Is paid advertising included?
Say so explicitly. Your advertising service fee and the amount spent on the platform are separate items and should not be hidden in ambiguous wording.
Can I guarantee more sales?
You do not control all the factors behind sales or distribution. Commit to clear work and review routines, and show authorised real results without promising they will repeat.
