What you will finish

Publish a focused service page with genuine examples and appointment requests. Maintain a private schedule with preparation buffers so customers understand both the price conditions and when their appointment becomes confirmed.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose one styling service offered consistently and state whether washing and drying are included. Use your own work photographs with permission from the person shown where needed.
  • Measure actual time across comparable sessions and include reception and tool preparation. The final minute of one service should not automatically become the first minute of the next.
  • List reasons duration or price may change, such as hair length, density or requested style. Decide how you provide an estimate before confirming the appointment.
  • Prepare a private schedule showing start, finish and buffer, plus clear late-arrival, rescheduling and deposit conditions before asking someone to book or transfer funds.

2. Define how the project works

1. Explain the exact service inclusions

Use a specific service name, describe the intended finish and state whether washing is included. Show genuine examples while acknowledging that results depend on the individual’s hair. Do not guarantee that a reference photograph can be reproduced exactly on everyone. Put extras and conditional prices before the enquiry button. Even if the salon offers many services, keep this initial page focused enough for someone to understand one complete offer.

2. Calculate duration plus preparation time

Estimate the service from the initial description, then add realistic time for resetting the space and preparing tools. Your private schedule should show start, finish and the end of that buffer, not only appointment start times. Explain any preliminary assessment before confirmation. Do not display a supposedly live availability calendar that you actually update manually; suggested dates remain subject to your review and acceptance.

3. Turn a request into an explicit confirmation

Ask for preferred day, time range and a short description of the service. After reviewing the schedule, reply with a specific start time, estimated duration, price or pricing conditions and location. Explain any deposit and how you verify its receipt without requesting secret payment credentials. Send an explicit confirmation once agreed; a read receipt or reaction to a message is not a reliable substitute for an appointment agreement.

4. Handle delays before they affect later visits

If a customer arrives late, check whether the complete service remains possible without disrupting the next appointment. Agree any alternative before starting, such as rescheduling or changing the service with consent. If the delay is yours, inform the next customer as early as possible. At the end of the day, review sessions that exceeded estimates and adjust future durations rather than accepting overlapping appointments to compensate.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative appointment timing
StageDurationTime
StartConfirmed appointment2:00 pm
Service45-minute exampleFinishes at 2:45 pm
Preparation15-minute exampleFinishes at 3:00 pm
Next appointmentAfter the buffer3:00 pm or later

These times illustrate scheduling only. Base estimates on your actual service instead of promising identical duration for all hair types and lengths.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create ONE PAGE for [styling service] at [salon name] in [Alexandria neighbourhood] using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. The service includes [details] and excludes [extras]. Price is [amount or range], varying for [stated reasons], with an estimated duration of [time]. Use our authorised work photographs [images] without invented reviews or promises of identical results for every customer. Show working days, location, directions [details], and late-arrival, rescheduling and deposit terms [terms]. Link to my personal WhatsApp [number] with a request for preferred day, time range and service description. The message must not confirm an appointment or collect secret payment details. Explain that I check service duration and preparation time, then personally confirm the time and price conditions. Do not create a live booking calendar, require visitor login or claim automatic external-transfer verification. Do not publish customers’ photographs or numbers without permission. Make the page readable on mobile. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting and any additional charges, then wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Apply the example of a 2 pm start, 45-minute service and 15-minute buffer.Expected result: The next start is 3 pm, not 2:45 pm, and your private schedule reflects that gap.
  2. Request the same time from two phone numbers.Expected result: Neither request is automatically accepted; you confirm one slot and offer an alternative to the other person.
  3. Ask whether washing or an unspecified extra is included.Expected result: The page distinguishes included work from services needing additional time or a revised price.
  4. Try a rescheduling or late-arrival scenario.Expected result: A clear published rule can be explained before booking rather than introduced unexpectedly at arrival.

7. Use the project during its first week

Place the page link in the salon’s profile and send it when customers ask about this service. During the first week, compare estimated and actual durations and record delay causes privately. Clarify washing or extras if those questions recur. Set realistic response times for enquiries and review the schedule before every confirmation. Wait until the process is reliable before adding more services or accepting more customers than the team can accommodate, and keep customer names and personal details out of public updates.

Questions about this project

Is a WhatsApp button enough to book?

It is enough to request an appointment. Confirmation follows your review and agreement on the details, not the button click itself.

Should every service have one duration?

Not when they genuinely differ. Estimate the particular work, include preparation time and revise your assumptions from actual sessions.

Can I show a previous customer’s photo?

Obtain appropriate publication permission and exclude personal details. Receiving the service does not automatically authorise marketing use of photographs.
