What you will finish
Build a package page with genuine samples and defined deliverables. Prospects send product details and intended use, then agree the style, final image count and cost with you personally.
1. Gather these details
- Photograph three products you own in a consistent style. Label personal samples honestly and improve lighting and background before assuming you need more equipment.
- Define product count, final angles per product and permitted dimensions. Reflective or oversized objects may need a different setup from the small items used in your samples.
- Agree how products reach you and are returned, and record their condition. Do not accept items requiring storage or handling facilities you cannot provide.
- Choose delivery formats, dimensions, transfer method, file availability period and included revision rounds. Explain revision boundaries so the package does not imply unlimited work.
2. Define how the project works
1. Establish where the photographs will appear
Ask whether the client needs product listings, a vertical advertisement or a catalogue. Request a reference for the intended style without copying another creator’s work or claiming it as yours. Decide orientation, background and space for later text from that intended use. Do not assume one composition automatically works everywhere; cropping and layout are decisions to agree before the session, especially when the client plans to add promotional text.
2. Write a shot list for each product
Assign product references and identify each required view, such as front, detail or scale. Distinguish photographs taken during the session from the number of edited final images delivered. Record accessories the client must provide and how products should arrive prepared. If an extra product or view is requested, explain its effect on price and delivery before shooting it instead of surprising the customer with an expanded invoice.
3. Approve a style sample before the batch
Photograph one trial item and send a preview representing the agreed lighting, background and crop. Request approval before completing the batch. Explain that screen viewing has limits and do not promise precision colour matching your setup cannot support. If the client later wants an entirely different style, discuss whether a reshoot changes the scope under your terms rather than treating every new direction as an unlimited minor edit.
4. Deliver against an agreed checklist
Compare final image count with the shot list, open the files and check names, dimensions and required quality. Deliver privately by the agreed method, stating how long files remain available and whether originals are included. Assess requested revisions against the package scope. Obtain separate permission before using client work in your portfolio, particularly when it shows unreleased products or commercially sensitive material that is not yet public.
3. Work through an example
| Item | Example allowance | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Products | 4 small items | Size and condition checked |
| Final images | 3 per product | 4 × 3 = 12 final images |
| Style | One background | Client approves a sample |
| Revisions | One defined round | Within the agreed style |
Replace these quantities with your real capacity. Twelve final images does not mean all raw captures or extra products are included.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create ONE PAGE for a product photography package by [name] in Alexandria using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. The package covers [number] products of [type and size], with [number] final images per product on [background], priced at [price]. Use my genuine samples [images], identifying personal samples as such. Explain the agreed shot list, approval of one style preview, batch photography and delivery of [formats, dimensions and method]. Included revisions are [rounds]; exclusions are [scope and raw-file terms]. Products are received and returned through [arrangement], with timing confirmed after checking size and quantity. Link to my personal WhatsApp [number] with questions about product type, quantity, image use and desired date. Visitors need no login, and enquiries are not automatically booked. Invent no customers, sales results or unsupported colour-accuracy claims. Do not publish client photographs without permission. Make the page readable on mobile. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting, identify additional charges and wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Check the example with four products and three images each.Expected result: It totals 12 final images and clearly distinguishes them from raw captures.
- Enquire about an oversized reflective item outside the package.Expected result: Assessment and a separate agreement are required rather than automatic acceptance at the small-product price.
- Request a new background after approving the preview.Expected result: The process identifies a potential scope change or reshoot under the agreement, rather than unlimited editing.
- Open the samples and enquiry button on a phone.Expected result: Images remain viewable and the WhatsApp message asks your number about quantity, use and timing.
7. Use the project during its first week
Contact a small number of shops whose products match the items you have tested, explaining specifically why your package suits them. Share the page rather than promising higher sales from photographs alone. Record whether enquiries concern image count, background or product handover and clarify the confusing part. After the first session, compare actual shooting, editing and delivery time with your estimate. Expand into other materials or sizes only after testing the additional lighting and preparation they require.

Questions about this project
Do I need an expensive camera?
Use equipment that can deliver the quality you advertise. Test lighting, focus, background and final files rather than claiming capabilities your setup lacks.
Must I deliver every raw capture?
Agree that in advance. Edited final image count, raw files and usage arrangements are separate matters to clarify.
Can I guarantee increased sales?
No. You can commit to the agreed photography work, but sales also depend on the product, price, audience and other factors.
