What you will finish
Publish one page that demonstrates genuine visual improvements, explains compatible delivery files and brings suitable enquiries to your personal WhatsApp with the viewing software and deadline already discussed.
1. Gather these details
- Choose your own presentation or one you have permission to publish. Prepare three before-and-after examples covering text, a table and a simple chart without exposing customer information.
- List the software and versions you actually use, plus any fonts or add-ons the file needs. Prepare a suitable alternative for fonts customers may not have.
- Define one real package and its actual price or quotation method. Explain that the customer supplies approved content and whether writing or translation requires another agreement.
- Prepare an editable sample and a matching PDF reference. Test them on another device if possible, using images and icons whose permissions allow the intended customer delivery.
2. Define how the project works
1. Explain a visible improvement
Show the same content before and after formatting. Under each pair, explain the improvement: a clearer heading, readable text or an easier comparison table. Preserve the numbers and meaning. If information moves into speaker notes, say so rather than quietly deleting it. Use readable images with a text description of the change. A visitor needs evidence of how you organise information, not simply a collection of dramatic visual effects.
2. Offer one recognisable service
Choose a focused offer such as formatting a presentation whose text is already approved. Avoid mixing writing, translation and photography into an undefined package. Display your actual fixed price or explain that a quote follows file review. State what you really deliver and leave the detailed project agreement to the customer conversation. Do not promise that a redesigned deck will produce sales; the audience, content and presenter influence the result too.
3. Make compatibility part of the evidence
Ask which application the customer will use to edit and present the slides, on which device, and whether Arabic or right-to-left text is involved. Supply a PDF reference showing the intended appearance alongside the agreed editable file. Explain that animations will not behave the same way in a static PDF. Test a small sample in the requested application before accepting the work instead of promising identical results in every program.
4. Request an enquiry without exposing private files
The WhatsApp button should ask about presentation type, viewing software, deadline and existing branding. Request a sanitised sample for initial assessment. Do not publish original customer files on the page. Use your own sample for demonstration and obtain permission before adding customer work to the portfolio. After delivery, ask the customer to check editable text, images and links in the agreed application, then record issues that should improve your next sample.
3. Work through an example
| Example | Visible improvement | What stays accurate |
|---|---|---|
| Text slide | Clear heading and readable paragraphs | Complete meaning and source |
| Comparison table | Distinct headings and aligned columns | Every number |
| Data chart | Labelled axes and better contrast | Scale and units |
| PDF reference | Stable view of the intended layout | Slide order and content |
| Editable file | Elements the customer can update | Agreed fonts and application |
Demonstrate these choices with your own work. Private client information is not needed to prove your skill.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create a ONE PAGE MeNooN website for my presentation formatting service [name] for [customer type] in Egypt. Show one genuine package [package details and actual price if supplied]. Customers provide approved text; writing and translation are excluded unless I explicitly include them. Display three before-and-after comparisons using my supplied [images or files], with readable text explaining each improvement. Preserve numbers and meaning. Describe the applications I actually use [applications], the agreed editable deliverable and a matching PDF reference. Explain that fonts, animations and compatibility must be checked against the customer’s viewing software. Open my personal WhatsApp [international number] from the enquiry button, asking for presentation type, application, deadline, branding and a sanitised sample. Do not require visitor login or publicly upload customer files. Do not invent clients, testimonials or sales outcomes. Make comparison images readable on phones and provide text alternatives. Before execution, evaluate the one-time creation fee and quote it separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP. State any additional charges and wait for my approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Compare the numbers and wording in each before-and-after pair.Expected result: Meaning and values are preserved, with a written explanation of the design improvement.
- Open the PDF on a phone and the editable file in the intended application.Expected result: Arabic text and fonts remain readable and the promised elements can be edited.
- Send a test WhatsApp enquiry for an upcoming meeting presentation.Expected result: The message reaches your number and requests the application, deadline and branding details.
- Inspect every sample as a visitor.Expected result: No private customer identity or confidential file is exposed and publication permissions are established.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, share the page with contacts or small businesses that already have a presentation to improve. Point them to the most relevant comparison. Ask the first three readers whether formatting and content writing are clearly distinguished. Record recurring font and application questions, then improve the delivery explanation or PDF sample. Keep one focused package while learning. After a real project, request specific permission to show selected sanitised slides and retain that permission before publishing them.

Questions about this project
Are attractive screenshots enough?
Explain what improved and provide a readable example. A screenshot alone does not establish that text can be edited or that the numbers were preserved.
Does a PDF replace the editable presentation?
They serve different purposes. The PDF shows the reference appearance; the original file supports updates in the agreed application. State exactly which files are included.
What if the slides look different on the customer’s device?
Test the application and fonts with an early sample and agree alternatives where needed. Disclose remaining compatibility differences before accepting the project.
