What you will finish
Publish one product page with limited customisation and personal WhatsApp enquiries. Each buyer approves a specific design version, cost and timetable before production begins.
1. Gather these details
- Make a sample using the actual material and size offered. Photograph it with a clear scale reference and state whether a stand or gift packaging is included.
- Choose manageable colour, font and character limits. Too many untested options can turn every order into a separate design project with unpredictable time and cost.
- Separate proof preparation, manufacturing and delivery times. A customer’s occasion date does not automatically mean you can finish and deliver the gift before that occasion.
- Write understandable payment, amendment and cancellation arrangements, including how you handle a production error or spelling that differs from the approved design.
2. Define how the project works
1. Define one product customers can understand
Show a name plaque with a specified material and size, rather than claiming to make any gift. Explain its intended use and whether mounting or display accessories are included. Photograph the surface and edges as well as the overall appearance. If screen colours may differ slightly from the physical material, explain this plainly. Separate optional extras from the base offer so customers can see what the advertised price actually includes.
2. Receive the name as exact text
Ask the customer to type and check the exact spelling, choose from your listed colours and fonts and give a desired date. Do not invent an English spelling or translate a personal name without approval. Repeat the supplied text in the order summary. Avoid collecting unnecessary personal information; discuss delivery privately after confirming feasibility. Personalised gift photographs are not automatically available for you to publish as marketing material.
3. Attach approval to a specific proof
Send a proof with a clear version reference and request written approval of the name, colour, arrangement and size. A casual looks nice may not mean the customer checked each detail, so request an explicit confirmation. If a change is requested, issue a revised proof and mark the previous version as replaced. Never begin cutting or printing merely because someone asked for a price or supplied an inspirational image.
4. Start the timetable after agreement
Define when production starts: after the proof is approved and your agreed payment conditions are satisfied. Keep production time separate from delivery time and confirm feasibility before accepting an urgent occasion. Compare the finished name, colour and dimensions with the approved version before packing. For an external transfer, inspect receipt in your own account; neither a screenshot nor this simple website automatically establishes that payment arrived.
3. Work through an example
| Stage | Maker records | Customer confirms |
|---|---|---|
| Text | Name exactly as supplied | Spelling letter by letter |
| Design | Proof version 2 | Colour, arrangement and size |
| Cost | Product, extras and delivery | Total and payment method |
| Timing | Start after proof approval | Feasible delivery window |
This is an approval workflow, not a statement about consumer rights. Make your terms consistent with applicable requirements.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create ONE PAGE for [name plaque product] by [business name] in Alexandria using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. Use my actual photographs [photos]. Show material [material], dimensions [dimensions], base price [price] and exactly what is included. List only available fonts and colours [options] and extras [details]. Explain the sequence: the customer types the exact name, I send a proof, they approve a specific version in writing, and production starts under my payment conditions [conditions]. Proof preparation takes [time], production takes [time], and delivery follows [rules]; I confirm the final date personally before accepting the order. Link to my personal WhatsApp [number] with a draft request for the name, options and desired date. Require no visitor login or identity or financial details. Do not publish customers’ names or gifts without permission. Do not automatically confirm orders or claim to verify external transfers. Include my amendment, cancellation and production-error arrangements [terms]. Invent no reviews or delivery promises. Make the page clear on mobile. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting and explain any additional charges; wait for my approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Supply two spellings of the same name in a trial enquiry.Expected result: The process pauses until one exact spelling is approved; no final design is based on a guess.
- Request a colour change after the first proof.Expected result: A new identified version is approved before production, without mixing instructions from old and new proofs.
- Ask for delivery sooner than the stated production time.Expected result: You can decline or agree an alternative before payment; the page does not guarantee an impossible deadline.
- Read the price and open the request button.Expected result: Base inclusions and extras are distinguishable, and the message asks for the choices needed to prepare a proof.
7. Use the project during its first week
Photograph the sample from several angles and share a customisation example you made yourself, labelled as a sample rather than a real customer order. Send the page to an audience relevant to the type of gift. During the first week, record whether people misunderstand size, material, timing or approval. Improve that explanation before expanding the options. Measure the actual time spent preparing and revising proofs so your price reflects the work. Obtain separate permission before publishing any completed personalised order.
An announcement you can adapt
A gift with their name: a [material and size] plaque from [business name]. Review and approve the spelling and design before production; delivery timing is confirmed individually. See the sample, available options and enquiry details: [website link].
Questions about this project
Can I choose the English spelling?
Ask the customer for the final spelling and show it in the proof. A personal name should not be transliterated by assumption.
What if the customer changes their mind after production starts?
Explain what remains changeable and its effect on cost and time, following the agreement and applicable requirements. Do not promise to reverse completed work.
Can I post the finished gift online?
Ask permission, particularly when it contains a name or personal message, and exclude delivery details or private occasion information.
