What you will finish
You will have a private tool comparing a dated inventory snapshot with your chosen reorder threshold and target. You remain responsible for updating quantities, checking incoming orders and verifying the suggestion before buying anything.
1. Gather these details
- Start with five items and give each a code and clear unit, such as piece or box. Never mix boxes and pieces without an explicit conversion.
- Prepare a physical count with a date and time. Record usable or saleable stock and handle damaged units separately according to your normal process.
- Choose a reorder threshold and target for each item from your knowledge of the business. Do not ask the tool to invent demand or unavailable sales forecasts.
- List confirmed incoming quantities with their order references. An unconfirmed supplier promise should not be counted as a reliable shipment already on its way.
- Identify whether purchases are individual units or fixed packs and record pack size. Pack rounding may make the proposed order larger than the simple arithmetic difference.
2. Define how the project works
1. Save a dated stock snapshot
Enter the quantity actually counted and when you counted it instead of labelling an unsupported number current stock. Sales or usage may happen afterwards, so display the snapshot’s age before a purchasing decision. Review an old figure against your physical count or normal records before relying on it. This tool does not connect to a point-of-sale system or collect staff updates. The account owner enters and maintains its information.
2. Define the threshold and target rule
Choose an inclusive rule: flag an item when on-hand stock is at or below the threshold. Once flagged, subtract on-hand and confirmed incoming units from the target, with zero as the minimum result. This is a planning rule you select, not automatic demand forecasting. The target must be at least as high as the threshold so the settings do not contradict each other. Show the inputs beside the resulting recommendation.
3. Account for purchasing packs
If a supplier sells packs of six and the shortfall is thirteen pieces, the proposed purchase must be three packs, or eighteen pieces. Display both units to prevent someone sending an order in the wrong unit. Do not invent prices or lead times. Confirm availability, minimum quantities and expected arrival with the supplier before converting a suggestion into a real purchase, especially if the count or incoming-order status has changed.
4. Keep recommendations reviewable
Before purchasing, display on-hand units, confirmed incoming units, target, proposed quantity and snapshot date together. When you actually place an order, manually add its reference to incoming stock; viewing a recommendation is not placing an order. On receipt, update on-hand and incoming figures consistently so delivered stock is not counted twice. Keep the process explicit and do not claim this simple tool prevents stockouts or conflicting reservations in other systems.
3. Work through an example
| Input | Value | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| On hand | 8 pieces | Below the threshold of 10 |
| Confirmed incoming | 5 pieces | Earlier order not yet received |
| Target | 30 pieces | Chosen stock level |
| Raw shortfall | 30 − 8 − 5 = 17 | Before pack rounding |
| Suggested purchase | 3 packs = 18 pieces | Rounded upward in multiples of 6 |
If confirmed incoming stock becomes 25 with eight already on hand, the suggested order becomes zero, although on-hand stock alone still triggers the low-stock flag.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.
For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Build a private one-page inventory reorder calculator called [tool name] on MeNooN. Use Gammal Tech login and separate per-user storage. I manually enter stock snapshots; do not create shared live inventory or automatic sales integration. Each item needs a code, unit, on-hand quantity, count date and time, reorder threshold, target, confirmed incoming quantity and purchasing pack size. Flag an item when on-hand quantity is at or below its threshold. For flagged items calculate the maximum of zero and target minus on-hand minus confirmed incoming. Round the purchase upward to a whole number of packs and display both packs and pieces. A suggestion must not place an order or reduce stock. Reject negative inputs, zero pack size and a target below the threshold. Mark snapshots older than a review interval I choose. Permit short incoming-order references without identity or payment details. Do not promise stockout prevention or staff synchronisation. Before building, quote the creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at EGP 100, disclose extra usage costs and wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Enter on-hand eight, threshold ten, target thirty, incoming five and pack size six.Expected result: The item is flagged; the raw gap is seventeen and the proposal is three packs containing eighteen pieces.
- Change incoming quantity to twenty-five while on-hand remains eight and target thirty.Expected result: The proposed purchase is zero, not a negative amount or an order duplicating already confirmed incoming stock.
- Test on-hand ten against threshold ten, then try a zero pack size and a target below the threshold.Expected result: The inclusive rule flags ten. Invalid settings are rejected with clear correction instructions.
- Save an old snapshot, sign out and return, then inspect its date before calculating.Expected result: It remains dated and private, with an age warning according to your chosen interval rather than a live-stock claim.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, test five items and physically count them before making a purchase decision. Compare recommendations with supplier packs and the orders you are awaiting, then note why you accepted or adjusted each suggestion. After a delivery, check that received units have not remained in incoming stock as well as entering the count. Establish an update routine suited to how quickly items move. If you later need live stock managed by several employees, that requires a separately verified permissions and synchronisation design; this calculator is not a substitute.
Your first weekly review note
Reorder review note: [website link]. I checked [number] items against the count dated [date]. Before buying [item], I will verify [incoming order] and pack size. A recommendation remains a proposal until I place an actual order.
Questions about this project
Does the quantity change when I sell something?
No. You maintain a dated manual snapshot. Later sales or usage require your update; there is no automatic connection to selling systems or staff accounts in this project.
Why subtract confirmed incoming stock?
It prevents ordering again for units already purchased but not received. Update the record if an order is cancelled or its status changes enough to affect your decision.
Is the threshold calculated from sales?
No. You choose the threshold and target. The calculator applies the stated rule rather than predicting demand or guaranteeing that stock will always be available.
