What you will finish
Finish a page with permitted examples of your work and a one-room enquiry process covering use, preliminary measurements, preferences and budget, without automatically promising a final design, cost or completion date.
1. Gather these details
- Choose one service you can provide, such as living-room layout and colour guidance, defining actual deliverables, revision rounds and exclusions such as supervision or installation.
- Select work you have permission to publish, clearly distinguishing completed interiors from visualisations and never presenting another designer's reference images as your own projects.
- Prepare questions about activities, users, retained furniture, storage and light, requesting preliminary dimensions and relevant photographs without faces, documents or unnecessary private information.
- Decide how to discuss the client's budget, distinguishing design fees from furniture and implementation costs, and define how you review dimensions and scope before quoting.
2. Define how the project works
1. Start with how the room is used
Instead of asking the client only to select a style label, ask how the room is used and what currently fails: seating, work, storage or entertaining. Identify furniture that must remain and relevant movement or access needs. These answers support a practical proposal rather than a copied photograph. Do not treat the first preference as a final decision; summarise it in a short brief for the client to review before paid design work begins.
2. Request useful preliminary measurements and images
Explain that a simple sketch should show room length and width, doors, windows and important furniture, using a stated measurement unit. Photographs provide context but do not prove exact dimensions. If later work requires professional measurement or a site visit, say so rather than promising implementation from unchecked figures. Ask only for relevant surfaces and features, excluding people, documents and addresses. Never request that clients reach unsafe or elevated areas simply to obtain a measurement.
3. Separate preferences and spending plans from your fee
Ask for two references and what the client likes about them, such as colour or arrangement. References are inspiration, not your projects or a promise to reproduce them. Let the client provide a budget or a range they wish to discuss, clarifying whether it covers furniture, implementation or design alone. Do not guarantee material costs before checking them, and do not treat a stated budget as agreement to a matching invoice. Quote after defining the deliverables.
4. Agree deliverables and revision boundaries
Specify what the client receives, such as a layout, colour board or suggested shopping list, including formats, revision rounds and delivery timing. Explain whether purchasing, installation and site supervision are excluded. Structural, electrical or other specialist work requires appropriate professionals and should not be presented as a guaranteed minor adjustment. If the project expands after approval, review fees and timing before proceeding, and retain written approval of the agreed version of the design brief.
3. Work through an example
| Question | Example answer | Effect on the brief |
|---|---|---|
| Use | Relaxing and home working | Two different activity areas |
| Items retained | Existing sofa and desk | Check their dimensions first |
| Preferences | Light colours with timber | Discussion reference, not a promise |
| Budget | [Client's chosen range] | Clarify included spending |
| Deliverables | Layout and colour board | Purchasing and installation separate |
These examples organise a conversation. Do not infer suitability, furniture cost or construction scope before reviewing the room and requirements.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create ONE PAGE for [designer or business name], offering a one-room interior design service in Egypt with [actual deliverables]. Use my permitted portfolio examples and clearly label completed work versus visualisations. Do not invent projects, reviews or implementation costs. Explain that enquiries begin with room use, items to retain, preliminary measurements, relevant private photographs, preferences and any budget the client chooses to share. Distinguish furniture and implementation spending from design fees; measurements and the plan need review before commitment. Show included work, revision rounds [number] and exclusions [list]. Do not promise structural or electrical work outside my competence. The enquiry button must open my personal WhatsApp [number] asking for room type, area, objective and desired timing. Visitors need no login or public floor-plan upload. Do not generate final prices or dates automatically; I review the brief and submit a proposal for approval. Use MeNooN and Gammal Tech services only where necessary and agreed. Before building, quote the one-time creation fee separately from standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP for the first month and optional extras. Wait for my approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Ask a reader what your design fee includes.Expected result: They identify deliverables and revisions separately from furniture purchasing, installation or supervision that is excluded.
- Send a room enquiry without exact dimensions.Expected result: The process permits initial discussion while requiring appropriate measurement review before final commitments.
- Check portfolio photographs and captions.Expected result: Every image has publication permission and is accurately labelled as completed work or a visualisation.
- Change a trial brief from one room to the whole apartment.Expected result: The process requires a revised scope, price, timing and approval rather than implying an unlimited included revision.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, share one permitted example explaining a room's problem and how you approached it, linking to the page for preparing a brief. Avoid relying on attractive photographs without context. Ask two people to complete trial briefs and check whether they distinguish furniture spending from design fees. Record recurring questions about dimensions and revisions, improving the page accordingly. Keep submitted photographs and layouts private, requesting separate permission for future publication even when the client has already approved the design service itself.

Questions about this project
Does the client need to name a design style?
No. They can explain likes, frustrations and suitable references. Actual activities and retained furniture are more useful than a style label alone.
Can photographs establish a guaranteed final cost?
Photographs cannot verify every dimension or condition. Explain estimate limits and what needs review or a visit before final implementation or price commitments.
Does design approval permit portfolio publication?
Do not assume so. Obtain clear permission for the particular photographs or drawings you want to publish and remove unnecessary private details.
