What you will finish

Finish a single-page catalogue with a clear reference for each plant, current photographs, measured dimensions and verified information, followed by personal suitability, availability and delivery checks through WhatsApp.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose three plants you actually have, verify each identity and assign a short reference code so an enquiry can identify the correct specimen clearly.
  • Photograph each plant from several angles in clear light, measure height consistently and specify whether the pot is included, without concealing meaningful visible defects.
  • Check species-specific care information with a reliable botanical source or knowledgeable supplier, retaining the source and date before publishing any particular care recommendation.
  • Define the included pot and feasible delivery areas, prepare protective transport arrangements, and plan relevant suitability questions before recommending plants for homes with children or pets.

2. Define how the project works

1. Distinguish a species photograph from the item for sale

Give each listing a code and recent photographs. Say whether the buyer receives that exact specimen or another from a similar batch. For representative pictures, explain variation and send a current photograph before accepting the order. Include height, measurement method and pot size, separating any decorative pot. Do not use a mature specimen photograph to imply that a small plant has the same dimensions, and do not claim availability you have not recently checked.

2. Make care information specific and verifiable

Start with correct identity rather than pasting the same instructions under every plant. Use brief guidance you have checked and identify a source for particular recommendations. Avoid a universal watering schedule for every home: location, container and conditions matter. Ask about available light and the intended position rather than promising every plant suits any room. When identity or suitability around children or pets is uncertain, say that you will verify it before recommending the plant.

3. Show the actual condition and included items

Describe visible differences that matter at collection, such as uneven growth or an existing mark, and photograph them without misleading retouching. Separate the plant price from a decorative container or extra service. If its condition changes after photography, update the listing or temporarily withdraw it while you review it. The page helps the customer understand the current purchase; it does not guarantee that the plant will retain an identical appearance under different care after delivery.

4. Agree transport before accepting payment

Request the plant reference, quantity, delivery area and pot choice in the WhatsApp message. Check availability, send a current photograph and confirm the included items and total. Agree a time when someone can receive the plant directly. Explain the protective arrangements and who coordinates delivery. Ask the buyer to contact you promptly with photographs if something is wrong on arrival; never ask them to publish their complete home address in a public comment.

3. Work through an example

Example catalogue fields without invented species or care advice
FieldPlant P01Check before publishing
Identity[Verified plant name]Complete the correct name
PhotographCurrent specimenRecord photograph date
Height[Actual measurement]State whether pot is included
PotNursery pot includedDecorative pot priced separately

Complete the fields from your actual specimen. This example gives no species-specific watering or light advice; verify that information separately for each plant.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create ONE PAGE for [business name], a small houseplant catalogue in [city, Egypt]. I will provide three plants with verified names, reference codes, recent photographs, measured dimensions, prices and included pot details. Display these facts accurately. State whether each photograph shows the exact specimen or a representative batch, and whether height includes the pot. Do not invent plant names, watering instructions, pet suitability or air-cleaning benefits. Include only my approved care information [guidance and sources]. Explain that recommendations depend on the buyer's light and location, with a current photograph sent before confirmation where needed. Each enquiry button must open my personal WhatsApp [number] with the correct reference, quantity and delivery area. Visitors need no login. Do not add automatic stock or delivery promises. I personally confirm availability, the final total, transport and receipt of payment [methods]. Use MeNooN and only necessary, agreed Gammal Tech services. Before building, quote the creation charge separately from standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP for the first month and any optional fees. Wait for my approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Open a mobile enquiry for plant P01.Expected result: The message reaches your WhatsApp with the correct reference, avoiding confusion with similar common names.
  2. Compare one listing with the actual plant and a measuring tape.Expected result: The stated height, measurement method and included pot match, with visible imperfections represented honestly.
  3. Ask whether a plant suits a home with a cat or child.Expected result: The page supplies verified species-specific information or explains that suitability needs checking, rather than a blanket assurance.
  4. Assume the photographed specimen sells before another enquiry arrives.Expected result: Availability still requires confirmation, and the customer approves a current replacement photograph before buying.

7. Use the project during its first week

Begin with three plants. Ask a prospective customer to choose one and describe the size and pot they expect; revise the listing if their understanding differs from reality. Share recent photographs and the catalogue link through appropriate channels, recording questions about light, transport and availability. Review listings when specimens sell or change condition. After the first delivery, ask whether the packaging and receiving instructions were clear. Obtain permission before publishing any customer photograph or showing details of their home.

Questions about this project

Can every plant use a weekly watering instruction?

Do not make that a universal rule. Care guidance needs correct identification, a reliable source and attention to conditions; one fixed schedule cannot promise the same result in every home.

Must the photograph show the exact specimen?

That is clearest for small quantities. If a photograph represents a batch, say so and send a current picture of the proposed plant before confirmation.

Should delivery addresses appear on the website?

No. Agree receiving details privately after confirmation. An approximate area is enough for an initial delivery feasibility and price enquiry.
