What you will finish
Build a page for organising one defined space with a preliminary assessment. Owners retain control of keeping, donating, selling and disposing of belongings; photography is optional and publication requires separate permission.
1. Gather these details
- Choose a type and approximate size of space you can organise reliably. State exclusions instead of promising an entire home transformation within a short session.
- Prepare an example from your own space or one you have permission to photograph. Avoid showing identifying documents, names or private possessions in public samples.
- Set session duration and explain who must attend to make decisions. Use existing storage first and obtain separate agreement before buying containers or other supplies.
- Define boundaries for valuables, private paperwork and heavy or hazardous objects. Require explicit permission before removing anything from the property or recording photographs.
2. Define how the project works
1. Agree on a space and practical result
Ask about the actual difficulty: finding clothes, clearing a desk or locating frequently used tools. Choose one space and a goal such as easier daily access. Clarify the owner’s participation and what can fit within the session. Do not imply deep cleaning or furniture removal unless those services are genuinely included. A photogenic arrangement matters less than a system the owner can use after you leave.
2. Sort with the owner rather than for them
Create categories for keeping here, relocating, possible donation, possible sale and decisions deferred. The owner approves every removal from the home; a pile of objects is not permission to discard them. A temporary decision box with a review date can be useful without pressuring someone to decide immediately. Respect sentimental value and do not label a customer careless or make mental-health diagnoses from the condition of a room.
3. Arrange belongings around daily use
Put frequently used items within practical reach and group objects in ways the owner understands. Test returning an item to its place rather than arranging it only for photographs. Try existing storage before recommending purchases; explain dimensions, purpose and cost before buying anything. Keep the system manageable and consider the owner’s access needs without assuming them or introducing unsafe storage solutions to achieve a tidy appearance.
4. Hand over pending decisions and a routine
Review what changed, what still needs a decision and who will handle any donation, sale or transport. Do not promise that belongings will automatically be sold or accepted by a charity. Agree one simple maintenance routine, such as returning daily items each evening. Photograph the result only with specific permission, and obtain separate approval for publication. Purchasing an organising session does not implicitly authorise recording or marketing someone’s home.
3. Work through an example
| Category | Session action | Decision owner |
|---|---|---|
| Keep | Arrange around use | Clothing owner |
| Relocate | Identify an appropriate alternative place | Household owner |
| Donate or sell | List possibilities without automatic removal | Owner approves next steps |
| Decide later | Temporary box and review date | Owner revisits the decision |
Do not guarantee a buyer or a donation recipient. Never remove possessions or documents without clear permission.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create ONE PAGE for organising [type of space] in [Alexandria service area] using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. The session lasts [duration], costs [price] and includes [specific sorting and arranging work], excluding [deep cleaning, transport, resale or other exclusions]. The owner participates in decisions and alone approves keeping, donating, selling or disposing of possessions. Explain the sorting categories, a deferred-decision box and arranging items by use, starting with existing storage before purchases. Buying supplies, removing belongings and taking photographs require prior permission; publication needs separate consent. Use only my authorised samples [images], with no invented results or judgmental descriptions of customers. Link to my personal WhatsApp [number] for the space type, general difficulty and neighbourhood. Photographs are optional; request no private documents or detailed lists of valuables. Visitors need no login. I confirm the scope and appointment personally. Show privacy and work boundaries [rules] clearly on mobile. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting, explain additional charges and wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Request whole-property cleaning through the page.Expected result: The scope remains a defined organising session, with cleaning and transport excluded unless explicitly included.
- Assume a customer declines all photographs.Expected result: An enquiry and suitable scope discussion remain possible; images are not automatically required or published.
- Review a group labelled possible donation.Expected result: Removal still requires the owner’s approval and an actual arrangement, rather than treating the label as implied permission.
- Ask the owner to return three items after arranging the space.Expected result: They can locate and use the assigned places without a complicated explanation or inaccessible storage.
7. Use the project during its first week
Share a small example from your own space, explaining the decision that made it easier to use without judging anyone’s previous habits. Present the page to a relevant local audience and ask about the space before proposing a session. During the first week, compare time spent on decisions with time spent arranging items. Adjust the scope based on experience. Later, ask whether the owner maintained the system; simplify it where necessary rather than blaming them or automatically recommending more storage purchases.
An announcement you can adapt
Would your wardrobe or desk work better with a simpler system? [Service name] helps organise [space] while you decide what stays or moves. Nothing is discarded or photographed without permission. See the session and its boundaries: [website link].
Questions about this project
Does organising include house cleaning?
Not automatically. Define included tasks and separate cleaning or moving work that needs different arrangements and equipment.
Must the customer discard things?
No. The owner decides, and some decisions can wait. Do not pressure someone to discard possessions merely to improve a photograph.
Will I sell items for the owner?
Not within this offer. Resale, donation or transport would require a separate scope and permission, with no guarantee of a buyer or recipient.
