What you will finish

Finish with a single meal page, a real portion photograph, delivery rules and a WhatsApp enquiry button. Customers request their meals directly from you; you personally confirm availability, the total and delivery arrangements.

1. Gather these details

  • Prepare and photograph a trial portion in its actual takeaway container. Record what is included so the picture, description and delivered meal tell the same story.
  • Calculate ingredients, packaging, your preparation time and delivery arrangements before choosing a price. Treat all figures in this guide as examples, not a recommended selling price.
  • Choose neighbourhood boundaries and one delivery window you can manage. Alexandria is too broad as a delivery promise; write the specific areas you can serve reliably.
  • List known ingredients and allergens honestly. Arrange suitable hygiene and packaging practices and check the requirements applicable to your activity before accepting paid food orders.

2. Define how the project works

1. Define the portion customers are buying

Choose one complete meal and describe its pasta, chicken portions and included extras. Photograph what will actually leave your kitchen, without decorative side dishes that are absent from the order. Test the packed meal on a journey resembling your delivery route and inspect its condition afterwards. Keep the initial offer small enough to reproduce consistently; a clear, repeatable portion is more useful than a long menu you have not tested.

2. Set one realistic ordering window

Choose an initial sales day, a delivery window and a cutoff before shopping and preparation begin. State the eligible neighbourhoods and how delivery charges are calculated. Ask customers to send precise addresses privately, rather than publish them on the page. Set a personal capacity limit based on your slowest preparation step. This first website does not automatically reserve portions, manage shared inventory or decide whether a particular address is reachable.

3. Confirm each enquiry with an itemised message

The first WhatsApp message should ask for meal quantity, neighbourhood and requested day. Review capacity and the address before replying with the meal subtotal, delivery charge, total, expected window and agreed payment method. For an external transfer, check receipt in your own account rather than relying on a screenshot. Tell the customer explicitly when the order becomes confirmed. Never request their banking login details, PIN or verification code.

4. Review the delivery day before expanding

Keep a private list of confirmed orders and check it before buying ingredients. Group preparation and dispatch around the agreed delivery windows. After delivery, ask specifically about the condition of the meal and packaging, then record delays or portion complaints. Use that feedback to improve the same offer before adding dishes. When your capacity is reached, offer another day instead of accepting an order you cannot reliably fulfil.

3. Work through an example

These figures demonstrate a calculation, not market prices or expected profit. Replace them after checking your real costs and delivery capacity.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create ONE PAGE for [business name], a home meal offer in Alexandria, using MeNooN and Gammal Tech. The only product is [exact pasta and breaded chicken portion], priced at [price]. Use my real photograph [photo]. Show the portion, included ingredients and known allergen information [details], followed by eligible delivery neighbourhoods [boundaries], delivery charges [rules], sales day [day], delivery window [time] and order cutoff [deadline]. Add an order button leading to my personal WhatsApp [international number], with a draft enquiry asking for quantity, neighbourhood and requested day. State that sending a message does not confirm an order: I will check capacity and address, then personally confirm the total, timing and payment method. My accepted payment methods are [methods]; do not claim automatic verification of external transfers. Include my cancellation and amendment rules [rules]. Do not publish customers’ addresses or my private kitchen address. Visitors need no login. Do not invent reviews, prices, health claims or additional dishes. Make the page readable on a phone. Before execution, quote the one-time build fee separately from EGP 100 for the first month of standard one-page hosting, identify any extra usage charges and wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Request two meals using the illustrative prices and review the confirmation reply.Expected result: The reply separates EGP 300 for meals and EGP 30 delivery, totalling EGP 330; it does not pretend a booking was automatically accepted.
  2. Ask about delivery to an address outside the listed boundaries.Expected result: You can decline or agree a different arrangement before payment; the page does not promise delivery throughout Alexandria.
  3. Open the ordering button on another phone and inspect the draft message.Expected result: It opens your personal WhatsApp with quantity, area and day prompts, rather than the Gammal Tech website-building number.
  4. Ask a reader with a known food allergy to find the ingredient information.Expected result: They can locate the published information and ask a question; there is no unsupported promise that the meal suits every allergy.

7. Use the project during its first week

Choose one sales day for the first week. Share the real portion photograph and website link on your personal account or in a neighbourhood group that permits offers. Name the delivery area rather than advertising vaguely across the city. Record enquiries, confirmations and cancellations, including the reason someone decided not to order. After deliveries, compare actual preparation costs and time with your estimate. Publish the next date only when you can fulfil it. A website makes the offer easier to understand; it does not guarantee orders or profit.

An announcement you can adapt

Missing a comforting pasta and breaded chicken meal? [Business name] is taking requests for [day] in [neighbourhoods]. See the real portion, price and delivery details: [website link]. Message before [cutoff]; orders are confirmed personally after checking the details.

Questions about this project

Must I publish my home address?

Publish the service area and contact route. If you offer collection, agree appropriate arrangements privately and consider safety and the requirements relevant to your activity.

What if enquiries exceed my capacity?

Close that batch manually and offer a later date. Do not assume this simple page has an automatic reservation or stock system.

Should I add more dishes immediately?

First check repeat demand, delivery quality and real costs. One successful day does not establish that a larger menu will be manageable.
