What you will finish

Finish with a one-habit tool containing target days, completion states, optional notes and a weekly summary calculated against the days you actually planned.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose a small nonmedical behaviour and write an observable definition. Read two pages is clearer than become successful or improve my life.
  • Select the target days and a realistic time for your first week. Leave days unplanned if appropriate; daily activity is not a requirement of this experiment.
  • Define completed before starting. If the target is two pages, merely opening the book does not count, and private details about the reading are unnecessary.
  • Prepare a test week with five target days, four completed and one not completed. Use it to check the summary before entering real records.

2. Define how the project works

1. Define an action with a visible boundary

Write the action, its minimum amount and a practical starting cue. For example, read two pages after sitting at the desk in the evening. Stay with one habit so you can understand what helps or obstructs it. If you change two pages to one, record when the new definition starts. Do not rewrite old records to improve the apparent result. The tool records your decisions; it does not diagnose motivation.

2. Choose target days before calculating results

Separate planned days from days that were never targets. Use planned, completed and not completed states, with a way to correct accidental taps. An untargeted day belongs outside the percentage calculation. If a planned day is missed, record that rather than removing it retrospectively. Future weeks can change, but keep the earlier plan understandable so that its numbers continue to describe what you actually attempted.

3. Record information that supports a decision

Use an optional short note when it helps: late arrival, an unrealistic task or an inconvenient time. Avoid sensitive detail. Show completed days out of targeted days and a simple percentage. Leave streaks and reward systems for later, if they serve a real need. The page should not scold or exaggerate praise. Its value comes from showing how a particular action fits the circumstances of your ordinary week.

4. Review once each week

Choose a regular review time and read the result alongside your notes. Ask which small change could make the action more manageable: an earlier cue, a smaller target or different days. Save through your own account and check that the record returns after login. Do not share credentials for accountability or publish a personal comparison board. If you replace the habit, preserve its dated history instead of mixing two different definitions.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative two-page reading habit
RecordNumberInterpretation
Days displayed7The full week
Target days5The calculation denominator
Completed target days44 ÷ 5 × 100 = 80%
Uncompleted target days1Remains visible for review
Untargeted days2Count as neither success nor failure

The 80% describes completion of the defined action during this week. It does not measure reading quality, health or future success.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build ONE PAGE on MeNooN for a private habit tracker called [name] in [language]. The first habit is [observable action], completed when [boundary], on [target days]. Use Gammal Tech login and separate per-user storage. Include the habit definition and its start date, plus dated weeks with targeted and untargeted days. Target days have planned, completed or not completed states, an optional note and a way to correct an accidental tap. Calculate summaries using target days only: four completions from five targets equals 80%. With no target days, display No plan instead of dividing by zero. Changing a future week must preserve earlier weeks and their definitions. Record when the habit definition changes. Do not add medical advice, health outcomes, wealth predictions, rankings, guilt messages, automatic reminders or a paid assistant. Signing out should hide the record. Show saving truthfully and preserve old data when loading fails. Before starting, quote the one-time build fee separately from the first month of standard 100 EGP hosting for an available name of at least three characters, plus any usage charges. Wait for approval and explain the weekly review.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Create five target days and mark four completed.Expected result: The page shows 4/5 and 80%; untargeted days do not change the denominator.
  2. Create a week without target days.Expected result: It shows No plan rather than a misleading percentage or calculation error.
  3. Change next week after saving the previous week.Expected result: The earlier plan and result stay unchanged; only the new period is edited.
  4. Correct an accidental completion, save, sign out and return.Expected result: The corrected state and summary reappear, with private notes visible only to their account holder.

7. Use the project during its first week

For the first week, open the tool at the time associated with your chosen action and record each day once. Correct a missed entry only when you remember what happened accurately. At the weekly review, select one recurring obstacle and one small adjustment. Resist adding ten habits merely because the interface could hold them; establish whether the record changes a useful decision first. A friend can try the tool with their own account. Ask for feedback about the states, without asking people to publish personal histories.

Your first weekly review note

This week I planned [action] on [number] days and completed it on [number]. I noticed [simple observation]. Next week I will try [adjustment]. My tool: [website link]. This is a private review of my routine, not a comparison with anyone else.

Questions about this project

Must I start on the first day of a month?

No. Use a clear start date and manageable target days. A short first period is useful for testing even if it begins midway through a week.

Does missing a day erase previous progress?

No. The record preserves what happened on each date. Review the reason for the missed action and plan the next opportunity without changing earlier entries.

Will the tool send automatic reminders?

Not in this version. Connect opening it to a familiar routine. Reminders can be considered later as a separate feature with explicit settings and requirements.
