What you will finish

Finish a rental request page with a complete kit list, actual photographs and explicit collection and return times, supported by a manual confirmation process rather than an unsupported automatic booking promise.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose one kit, such as a projector with accessories, and list every component and quantity alongside current photographs of the equipment you will supply.
  • Define your pricing unit and exactly what a rental day means, including an example start and finish time and any separately arranged delivery service.
  • Write your security deposit conditions, return inspection process and repayment timing clearly, without suggesting that a simple website can automatically resolve disputes for either party.
  • Prepare a handover checklist covering components, visible condition and basic operation, plus a short demonstration and appropriate instructions from the actual equipment manual.

2. Define how the project works

1. Describe a specific kit rather than a broad category

Name the kit and provide a component list that both parties can count at collection, including cables and cases. Explicitly identify exclusions rather than letting a customer assume a screen or stand is included. Use current photographs and verified specifications to explain compatibility requirements. If the customer needs an extra item, record and price it separately. Its appearance in a promotional photograph should not silently add it to the rental agreement or create an unrealistic expectation.

2. Agree the beginning and end of the period

Ask for collection and return dates and times, not only a number of days. Explain your calculation method and any published conditions for lateness or extensions. Check your own schedule before confirming availability: two enquiries for the same period do not reserve two copies of one kit. Send a written summary of timing, price and transport, identifying exactly which step turns an enquiry into a booking that you have personally confirmed.

3. Separate rental charges, deposits and extras

Itemise the hire charge, any security deposit, transport and additional accessories. Explain the deposit's review and repayment conditions separately from the rental fee instead of surprising the customer at collection. A public enquiry page does not need identity-document uploads. If your eventual agreement requires particular documentation, handle it appropriately and privately rather than adding unnecessary collection to a simple initial price request. Never publish customer details as examples of previous rentals.

4. Check the same items at collection and return

Count components with the customer, record visible condition and demonstrate the agreed functions. Explain how to contact you if a problem occurs. On return, use the same list and checks instead of introducing an expanded inspection the customer never saw. Keep specific private notes rather than vague judgments. Discuss differences against the agreed conditions: the page organises information and requests, but it cannot guarantee suitability for every use or automatically decide responsibility for damage.

3. Work through an example

Illustrative enquiry details, not a price list

Use an example matching your business. Rental providers do not all define a day identically, and a published listing does not establish availability for a particular date.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create ONE PAGE for [business name] offering enquiries for [equipment kit] in [city, Egypt]. Use my actual photographs, component list [items and quantities], verified specifications and exclusions [excluded items]. Explain the charging unit [unit] and request collection and return dates and times. Display hire price [price] separately from security deposit [amount and conditions] and transport [arrangements and cost]. Do not invent fees. Describe component, condition and operation checks at collection and return. Send enquiries to my personal WhatsApp [number] with kit name, dates, intended use and area. Visitors need no login or identity upload. Do not include automatic reservations, a stock counter or availability promises; I check my schedule and confirm bookings personally in writing. I also verify agreed payments myself. Use MeNooN with Gammal Tech services only where needed and approved. Before creating the page, quote the one-time build charge separately from standard one-page hosting of 100 EGP for the first month and any optional fees. Wait for my approval of the complete quote before execution.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Request collection Tuesday at 10 am and return Wednesday at 10 am.Expected result: Both dates and times reach WhatsApp; under the illustrative 24-hour unit, this is one rental day before reviewing other conditions.
  2. Ask for an accessory shown nearby but not included.Expected result: The component list and exclusions make the difference clear, allowing a separate quotation.
  3. Send two enquiries for the same time period.Expected result: Neither receives automatic booking confirmation; you check availability and reply personally.
  4. Run a practice handover with the case missing.Expected result: The checklist identifies the missing item before handover is accepted and can be reused at return.

7. Use the project during its first week

Share the page with people or businesses likely to need that specific kit, using its contents and intended applications rather than advertising every equipment category. In the first week, practise a collection and return with someone you know: count parts, review times and read the deposit terms together. Add explanations for questions that required verbal clarification. Check every real enquiry against your private schedule. Do not share another customer's details or arrangements simply to prove that your kit is unavailable.

Questions about this project

Does the enquiry button reserve the equipment?

No. It starts a request that you review for availability, timing and cost before personally confirming a booking under your stated process.

Should the deposit be hidden within the rental price?

Display separate amounts because they have different purposes and repayment conditions. Explain them before the customer agrees, rather than at collection.

What happens if the customer wants an extension?

Ask them to contact you before the agreed return time. Check your next commitment and price the extension; do not promise that extra time is always available.
