What you will finish

You will be able to identify equipment needing review, see the source of its interval and record completed service. The tool will not connect to machines, read meters or automatically contact technicians on your behalf.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose three actual pieces of equipment and give each a unique code and short location. Distinguishing two similar devices matters more than a long generic name.
  • Find the manufacturer’s instructions or technician report defining the interval and tracking method. Do not ask the tool to infer maintenance rules from a photograph or brand name.
  • Record the last verified service date, who performed it and an available document reference. Mark unknown history as unknown and identify how you will check it.
  • For metered equipment, record the current reading and the reading at the previous service. Keep the unit explicit; operating hours, kilometres and usage cycles are not interchangeable.
  • Choose a manual review routine and a place for service documents. Do not store equipment passwords or unnecessary personal technician information in this organising register.

2. Define how the project works

1. Connect equipment to its instructions

Record the equipment code, name, location and source of maintenance instructions. Choose date-based, meter-based or combined tracking according to that source. A general equipment name cannot establish the correct interval because similar models may have different requirements. Mark missing information as needing confirmation. The register should expose that gap rather than hiding it behind a default date that appears authoritative. Your first useful result may be knowing which instructions you still need.

2. Make the due rule understandable

For date-based tracking, enter the next date from your instructions. For a meter interval, add the specified operating interval to the reading at the last service. Display the target and remaining units without translating hours into days unless you have separately established usage information. Apply whichever-comes-first logic only when you explicitly choose it from the equipment’s instructions, rather than assuming that rule whenever both fields happen to exist.

3. Separate a due flag from completed service

When the date or meter target is reached, show that review or service is due. This does not mean work has been completed or a technician has received a booking. Contact the appropriate service provider yourself and follow their instructions about faults or unusual operation. A booked visit can be recorded separately, but retain the due status until service is verified. The tool should not generate electrical or mechanical repair steps from a reminder.

4. Preserve service history and update the next target

After actual service, record the date, meter reading, work description and report reference, then set the next target from the relevant instructions. Keep the previous entry instead of overwriting it. If a meter is replaced or reset, record that event and review the basis for future calculations; a lower reading is not negative operating time. Confirm that you updated the correct equipment, particularly where several locations contain identical devices.

3. Work through an example

Fictional meter test, not a recommended maintenance interval
InputValueResult
Reading at previous service80 hoursStarting point
Test interval30 hoursNot technical advice
Next target80 + 30110 hours
Current reading120 hours10 hours beyond target

Use the actual interval for your equipment in practice. A current reading of 105 leaves five operating hours, which must not be described as five calendar days.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

For private saving, ask the builder to connect Gammal Tech sign-in and register the correct website address in your project. If requested, open the developer area, select the project or create it under the agreed quote, and copy its ID; never guess it. Check that the final site address is registered before testing saves. Each account has its own data. Test save and reload, then ask a trusted person using their own genuine account to check that your records are not visible. Do not share sign-in codes or create another account for yourself. User-data storage is free, with a 1 MB limit per user, so keep short text records rather than files or photographs. Paid sign-in codes may need project funds after the free allowance: fund your wallet, then transfer a usage budget to the project in the developer area. Sign-in does not automatically disclose identity or contact details to the site owner.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build a private single-page equipment maintenance register called [tool name] on MeNooN. Use Gammal Tech login and per-user storage, maintained manually by the account owner. Each item needs a code, name, location, instruction or service-report reference, last service date, meter reading and unit. Support date, meter or whichever-comes-first tracking only as explicitly selected from my instructions. Do not invent intervals or diagnose faults. Calculate a meter target from the previous service reading plus the positive interval I enter, displaying remaining units or the amount exceeded. Show the date I provide and highlight missing information. A due flag must not imply completed service or create bookings or automatic reminders. Save each completed service with its date, reading, description and reference while preserving earlier entries. If a reading falls below the previous one, request review or a recorded meter replacement rather than producing negative usage. Do not collect equipment passwords. Before building, quote the one-time fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at EGP 100, explain additional usage costs and wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Enter last service at eighty hours, interval thirty and current reading one hundred twenty.Expected result: The target is one hundred ten, exceeded by ten hours. Changing current reading to one hundred five leaves five hours.
  2. Enter a due date of 10 November and a review date of 11 November without a new service record.Expected result: The item is one day past its date. Time passing must not make its maintenance complete.
  3. Leave the interval source blank, then try a zero interval and a reading below the previous service.Expected result: Missing evidence is highlighted, an invalid interval is rejected and the lower reading requires review rather than misleading arithmetic.
  4. Record a new service for one item, save, sign out and return.Expected result: Earlier service history remains, only the selected equipment changes and records are unavailable before login.

7. Use the project during its first week

During the first week, register three items and check each entry against the equipment and available documentation. Do not turn unknown history into a confident estimate; maintain a short list of questions for the technician or manufacturer’s instructions. Review the register at a fixed time and update readings manually when needed. After actual service, inspect the report before changing the last-service entry. If operation seems abnormal, follow the appropriate instructions and seek qualified assistance without waiting for this tool. Its success is finding dates and evidence quickly, not replacing technical judgement.

Your first weekly review note

Equipment review note: [website link]. I checked [number] items and still need the interval source for [equipment code]. Next I will review [date or meter reading] and update history only after service is actually completed.

Questions about this project

Can the tool choose an interval from an equipment name?

No. Supply a date or interval from an appropriate source for the specific equipment. This guide does not establish a universal technical maintenance schedule.

What if a meter is replaced?

Record the replacement or reset and retain its reference. Review the next-target calculation against the technical instructions rather than treating the new lower reading as ordinary usage.

Does a due flag diagnose an unsafe machine?

No. It applies the interval you entered. Operational safety depends on appropriate instructions and inspection, and unusual behaviour needs suitable action independently of this tracker.
