What you will finish
Publish a service page explaining a small cleanup example, the information needed to assess a file, and a practical agreement covering working copies, output formats, validation and private handling.
1. Gather these details
- Create a small synthetic table containing codes, item names, dates and values with deliberate errors. Do not use a real customer list or leaked data as your demonstration.
- Define tasks you can actually perform, such as whitespace cleanup, date standardisation and duplicate detection. Separate those operations from financial analysis or guessing missing values.
- Prepare questions about file size, columns, format, field meanings and duplicate rules. Initially request a synthetic or sanitised sample instead of a sensitive production file.
- Choose delivery formats you can test and a process for retaining the original, a working copy and a change report. Agree access, retention and deletion with the data owner.
2. Define how the project works
1. Demonstrate one problem and its rule
Show a synthetic before-and-after table, explaining that trimming spaces differs from changing a field’s meaning. Avoid promising to repair any file under a vague complete-cleanup label. List operations and changes requiring approval. For example, code 0012 should remain text with its leading zeros rather than becoming number 12. Flag unclear values for review instead of guessing, especially dates that could be interpreted in more than one way.
2. Agree what a duplicate actually means
Ask which field identifies a record: product code, order identifier or a combination of columns. Matching names alone do not justify deletion; they may describe separate legitimate records. Work on a copy and show proposed deletions or merges with reasons before applying the approved rule. Retain the original. If two values conflict for one identifier, report the conflict rather than selecting whichever value happened to appear first in the file.
3. Validate values before and after
Record starting and ending row counts, deletions and records flagged for review. Check a relevant numeric total when the transformation should preserve it, and inspect examples from the beginning, middle and end. Test leading-zero codes, dates and Arabic text in the requested output format. Fewer visible errors do not prove success if information was lost during conversion. Include a concise change report and unresolved limitations so the customer can assess the result.
4. Agree private transfer and usable delivery
Keep synthetic examples on the public page and use WhatsApp to collect the file description, not complete sensitive datasets. Agree a transfer route, access and retention period before receiving the real file. Deliver the cleaned file and report in the agreed formats, then reopen the exported copy to check encoding and dates. Do not imply CSV preserves workbook formulas and formatting. Explain format limitations and remove working copies when the agreed retention period ends.
3. Work through an example
| Before | Agreed rule | After |
|---|---|---|
| A01; 100 EGP | Valid original record | A01; 100 EGP |
| A01; 100 EGP | Confirmed copy of the same record | Remove this copy only |
| A02; 50 EGP | Independent record | A02; 50 EGP |
| Starting total: 250 EGP | 250 minus the confirmed 100 EGP duplicate | Ending total: 150 EGP |
| Code 0012 | Text identifier, not an amount | Keep 0012 unchanged |
The total changes because a confirmed copy is removed, not because text is reformatted. If the second row represents another genuine order, retain it and the 250 EGP total.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create a ONE PAGE MeNooN website for my spreadsheet cleanup service [name] in Egypt. Describe my actual operations [tasks] and supported file formats [formats]. Show my supplied synthetic table [example] before and after with the rule behind each change; never publish customer data. Explain that duplicate detection requires a key and customer-approved rule, while ambiguous values are flagged rather than guessed. Describe preserving text codes where needed and checking row counts, totals, dates and Arabic text after export. State the agreed deliverables [cleaned file and report], including that CSV does not preserve all workbook formulas and formatting. The enquiry button should open my personal WhatsApp [international number] asking about file purpose, rows, columns, format, rules and deadline, initially using a synthetic or sanitised sample. Do not require visitor login, publicly upload sensitive files or promise recovery of missing facts or analysis outside my service. Before execution, evaluate the one-time website creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP, identify additional charges and wait for approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Review three rows valued at 100, 100 and 50 where the second is a confirmed copy.Expected result: The result is two rows totalling 150 and the report explains the 100 reduction.
- Change the second row’s interpretation to an independent order in your manual review.Expected result: Do not delete it: three rows and a 250 total remain under the revised rule.
- Open the delivery sample and inspect 0012, Arabic text and dates.Expected result: Leading zeros remain, text is readable and ambiguous dates are not silently reinterpreted.
- Test the enquiry button and inspect public example files.Expected result: The page requests a description and sanitised sample while private customer data stays off the website.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, share the page with people whose recurring spreadsheet work you understand and ask for a problem description rather than whole files. Use the synthetic example to explain why conflicting values and uncertain duplicates need a decision. Record missing quotation details such as record meaning or required format. After the first delivery, ask the customer to open the file in their application and review the report. Expand the service only as your tested capabilities support it.
An announcement you can adapt
Have a spreadsheet with inconsistent formatting or possible duplicates? See a synthetic before-and-after example and the validation process: [website link]. Start by sending the file description and required rules, without sensitive customer data in the first enquiry.
Questions about this project
Are two matching names always duplicates?
No. The owner must approve an identifying key and rule. Names can repeat across genuine orders or different products, so deletion based on a name alone can lose data.
Can I fill missing cells by guessing?
Do not present guesses as facts. Flag missing values and request a source or approved rule. If estimation is part of the agreed work, distinguish it explicitly.
Is CSV identical to an Excel workbook?
No. It holds tabular text data but does not preserve every formula, formatting choice or workbook feature. Agree the format and test codes, dates and encoding before delivery.
