What you will finish
You will finish a single product page that explains fit, printing options and production steps, then sends a structured enquiry to your personal WhatsApp for a confirmed quote and artwork approval.
1. Gather these details
- Choose one shirt model you can reliably obtain, photograph its available colours and record the supplier's material description without adding unsupported performance claims.
- Measure a sample of each size using the same flat garment method, and photograph where the tape sits so customers can compare a shirt they own.
- Define the printable area, available print positions and accepted artwork formats, using demonstration artwork you created or have permission to reproduce and publish.
- Decide how many proof revisions your offer includes, when production time starts and how you handle changes or cancellation before a customer pays.
2. Define how the project works
1. Make the size table specific to your shirt
Give the shirt model a consistent name and place its material, colours and measurements beside the real photographs. Explain that flat chest width is a garment measurement, not the customer's chest circumference. Ask the buyer to compare a comfortable shirt rather than select a size from body weight alone. When your supplier changes the blank shirt or its cut, measure the replacement and update the page before accepting orders against the old table.
2. Explain what the displayed price buys
State whether the price includes the garment and one print position, and explain how a second position or a larger quantity affects the quote. Show the permitted print area and separate delivery where it depends on the destination. A starting price should describe a product somebody can actually order at that price. Confirm the final specification, total and estimated completion date in the conversation before requesting payment or beginning production.
3. Collect details and approve a specific proof
The order button should open a WhatsApp message asking for size, colour, quantity, printed wording and delivery area. Send a proof showing the spelling, arrangement, approximate size and position of the artwork. Ask the customer to approve that particular version in writing. If you change it, issue a new proof for approval. An earlier photograph in the chat does not establish approval of a later revision or an increased price.
4. Check the production summary before printing
Summarise the model, size, colour, quantity, approved design, total and delivery arrangements in one message. State when the production period begins and personally verify any agreed payment. If stock or timing changes, offer the alternative and obtain approval instead of silently substituting it. Compare the finished garment with the approved summary. A completion photograph can help the buyer inspect it, but do not publish their name or personal design as advertising without permission.
3. Work through an example
| Size | Flat chest width | Garment length |
|---|---|---|
| S | 48 cm | 66 cm |
| M | 51 cm | 69 cm |
| L | 54 cm | 72 cm |
| XL | 57 cm | 75 cm |
These invented measurements are not a sizing standard. Publish your actual measurements and only a tolerance genuinely supported by the supplier or your own measurement process.
4. Set up your account and start the build
- Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
- Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
- Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
[mode: build][mode: web]is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command. - Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
- Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
- Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send
[exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.
Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request
Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.
Create ONE PAGE for [business name], offering one custom T-shirt model in [city, Egypt]. Use my real photographs, available colours [colours], supplier material description [description] and measured size table [measurements]. Explain flat chest width and ask customers to compare a comfortable garment they own. The offer includes [print details], with approved prices [prices]. Any extra print position or delivery charge needs my confirmation. Show the sequence: send requirements, receive a print proof, approve that version in writing, then begin production under the agreed terms. Clicking an enquiry button must not count as artwork approval or a confirmed order. Send enquiries to my personal WhatsApp [number], requesting size, colour, quantity, printed wording and delivery area. Visitors do not need to log in. Explain production timing [timing] and accepted payment methods [methods]; I verify payments myself. Do not invent stock, photographs, measurements or customer reviews. Use MeNooN and add Gammal Tech services only where needed and agreed. Before executing, quote the one-time build charge separately from standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP for the first month and any optional charges. Wait for my approval.
6. Test the result before relying on it
- Read the size table on a phone and identify what chest width means.Expected result: The units and flat measurement method are visible, with every size readable without a hidden column.
- Send a trial request for two large shirts with a chosen colour and printed name.Expected result: It opens your WhatsApp with useful details; approving artwork and the final quote remain separate actions.
- Ask for an unlisted colour and next-day completion.Expected result: The page does not promise availability or timing automatically; it requires your confirmation.
- Change a letter in a test proof after its first approval.Expected result: Your process asks for fresh approval of the revised proof before production starts.
7. Use the project during its first week
During the first week, publish photographs of the actual shirt, its measurement method and one permitted example design. Share the page with an audience likely to need that particular product. Ask two people to submit trial enquiries without ordering production, then record where they hesitate: sizing, print area or delivery timing. Improve that explanation before accepting more work. Start with a quantity you can personally check. Add colours or models only when the existing approval and fulfilment process works clearly for both sides.

Questions about this project
Can I copy a familiar size chart?
Size letters differ between products. Measure your model or use the supplier's chart for that exact garment, explaining how each measurement is taken.
Does a screen proof guarantee the exact printed colour?
Do not promise that. Use the proof to approve wording, arrangement and placement, and explain that screen appearance can differ from the physical print.
What if someone submits a company logo?
Ask whether they own the rights or have permission to use it. Do not advertise unrestricted reproduction of any material, and keep the agreed specification in the order conversation.
