What you will finish

Publish a page explaining one session’s age range, skill, timing, materials and actual price, with parent requests reviewed manually before you confirm places and collection arrangements.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose one age-appropriate skill, such as mixing colours for a simple painting. Make the example yourself and allow time for explanation, activity and cleanup before announcing the session.
  • Identify an Alexandria venue you have permission to use, with neighbourhood, address, floor and directions. Check its facilities and your actual supervision capacity.
  • List included materials, what children should bring, suitable clothing, real pricing and cancellation terms. Set capacity according to the venue and supervision you can provide.
  • Prepare parent questions about age and essential participation needs, plus an authorised collection arrangement. Do not request identity numbers or publish children’s names and attendance details.

2. Define how the project works

1. Promise a modest age-appropriate learning outcome

Describe an activity such as trying two-colour mixing and making a simple picture, rather than promising artistic mastery in one session. Choose a defined age range and starting level. Show your own example as an illustration, not a guarantee that every child will produce an identical piece. Prepare an alternative activity for early finishers and explain whether parents must remain. Review suitability before accepting children outside the stated age range.

2. Make arrival and materials understandable

Give the actual authorised venue, neighbourhood, session start and finish times, and recommended arrival time. Explain the entrance, floor, stairs or lift and available accessibility features accurately. List included materials and what each child needs to bring. Describe materials that may require particular consideration and invite parents to discuss essential participation needs privately. Avoid collecting medical detail you do not need simply because a contact channel makes it possible.

3. Confirm places manually

The WhatsApp message asks the parent for their name, the child’s age, session and requested number of places. Review your private attendance list before confirming. A sent enquiry or payment screenshot is not automatic proof of a confirmed seat. If full, offer a waiting-list request with the parent’s agreement instead of exceeding capacity. Explain actual payment, cancellation and postponement terms, and check transfers in your own account before treating them as paid.

4. Agree collection and photography separately

Ask the parent privately who will collect the child and how changes will be communicated. Use an appropriate verification procedure for the venue; knowing a child’s name alone should not establish collection authority. Explain any planned photography and request separate optional permission for public images. Declining publicity should not change the agreed participation. Use your own artwork and materials on the website and keep attendance records away from public pages.

3. Work through an example

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Create a ONE PAGE MeNooN website for one children’s art workshop in Alexandria called [name]. The age range is [ages], skill [skill], authorised venue [address and neighbourhood], and session [date, start and finish]. Show my supplied artwork [image] as an example without promising identical outcomes. State the real fee [fee], included materials, things to bring, parent attendance rules and actual access facilities. The attendance button should open my personal WhatsApp [international number] asking the parent about age, session, number of places and essential participation needs only. Explain that an enquiry is not a confirmed booking; I check capacity and payment manually and send confirmation. Do not show automatic seat inventory or public child lists, require visitor login or request identity numbers. Describe private collection arrangements with the parent and separate optional permission for published photographs. Do not invent qualifications, venues or parent testimonials. Before execution, evaluate the one-time website creation fee separately from the first month of standard one-page hosting at 100 EGP. Identify additional charges and wait for my approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Ask a parent to read the page without your explanation.Expected result: They can identify the age range, skill, venue, timing, materials and cost before enquiring.
  2. Send a test enquiry assuming the session is full.Expected result: No automatic booking is confirmed; you check the list and offer waiting-list options where appropriate.
  3. Test a change of authorised collection person.Expected result: The process requires private communication and verification with the parent, not a public list edit.
  4. Inspect images and the request message as a visitor.Expected result: No children’s personal records are published and no identity-number request appears; photo publication permission is separate from attendance.

7. Use the project during its first week

Before the first session, share the page with relevant neighbourhood parent groups where organisers permit it. Ask someone to try the directions: the building entrance or floor can prevent late arrival. Review requests at a frequency you can maintain and send confirmations directly to parents. After the workshop, ask about the clarity of location, timing and activity suitability. Update the session status before advertising another date instead of leaving an old session looking available for booking.

An announcement you can adapt

Questions about this project

Do I need automatic booking software?

A small first session can use a private list and manual confirmations, provided you check capacity reliably and never accept more participants than you can supervise.

Should I use children’s photographs for marketing?

Start with your artwork and materials. Any child photographs need appropriate, specific permission; respect refusal and avoid unnecessary identifying information.

Can I accept a child outside the stated ages?

Review activity and supervision suitability with the parent first. The published range helps set expectations and should not be ignored merely because a place is available.
