The key idea
An effective AI website brief describes a customer outcome, the screens supporting it, the data each person may change and what happens when an operation fails. Use MeNooN to develop the frontend within its documented capabilities, then verify the chosen Gammal Tech integration. A clear brief reduces avoidable revisions and gives the founder objective acceptance criteria.
Give the builder a product decision before a design request
“Build a modern startup website” leaves the most important choices unresolved. The builder must guess who the customer is, what the main action means and whether a polished button represents a working service. A founder gets a more useful result by deciding those things first.
Consider an illustrative Cairo service that helps adult learners organize a personal language-study plan. The first version lets a learner select a focus, set weekly practice time and save a short next action. It is a planning aid, not a paid course, a grading system or a teacher-management platform.
A clear brief gives the founder a testable product and the developer an agreed delivery boundary.
Resolve four decisions before writing the prompt
| Decision | Example answer | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Customer result | Return to a personal study plan | Defines the main journey |
| Editable information | Focus, weekly minutes and next action | Keeps the record small and understandable |
| Excluded authority | No grades, course access or payment status | Prevents a preference becoming an entitlement |
| Operating owner | Founder owns content and project decisions | Clarifies who accepts and maintains the result |
MeNooN documents AI-assisted page creation and editing, while the Gammal Tech integration guide describes the hosted backend functions. Confirm the actual supported connection for the proposed workflow. Do not promise an assumed editor capability.
Copy and adapt this original builder brief
Purpose: Create a clear, mobile-friendly frontend for a fictional Cairo language-study planning service. The main result is that an adult learner can prepare a personal plan and return to it later. Use fictional service content until the founder approves final wording.
Customer journey: Explain the service, let the visitor review an example, then present the plan form. Offer an explicit sign-in action when the visitor chooses to save or retrieve a plan. Do not force a login popup as soon as the page opens.
Interface: Include a short introduction, an example plan, the personal-plan area and a help section within the approved page allowance. Give every field a visible label. Support keyboard use, readable text and an understandable layout on a small screen.
Personal data: Use three editable fields: a focus chosen from reading, listening or conversation; weekly practice minutes as a whole number from 30 to 600; and a next-action note of up to 300 characters. This record is the learner's own plan, not evidence of achievement or paid access.
Backend requirement: Use the supported Gammal Tech login and per-user data integration once its setup is verified. Display only the learner's saved plan. Do not invent an SDK initializer, secret API key, shared learner roster or administrator role feature.
States: Distinguish signed out, preparing, loading, ready, saving, saved and unable to confirm. Display a successful save only when supported by the implementation. Keep session credentials out of the page, links and diagnostics.
Scope: This version has no payment collection, live teacher bookings or grading. Optional AI or notification features require a separate approved scope and cost review. If the connection is not implemented, label the page as a prototype and do not simulate a real saved result.
Acceptance: Review the interface and the working data journey separately. Supply the agreed test cases and actual outcomes, identify unresolved assumptions, and use focused revisions before proposing a full rebuild.
Review the generated frontend against the customer task
Review the page as a new visitor. Check the service explanation, example label, save action and status messages. Test the mobile layout and keyboard order, not just a desktop screenshot.
Verify claims and labels. A generated phrase such as “your certified learning record” changes the product promise and should not survive review. Replace it with wording that reflects a personal plan. Check that buttons for excluded features have not appeared simply because they are common in generic website designs.
Give corrections as small, testable requests: “Keep the existing structure; add a visible label to the minutes field and clarify the uncertain-save message.” This is easier to assess than asking for the entire page to look better.
Check the connection as a separate delivery item
The frontend review does not prove the backend integration. An authorized tester must be able to save a fictional plan, sign out, return through the supported flow and retrieve the intended values. A second consenting person should use their own account for the ordinary separation check, without sharing credentials.
Test an invalid minutes value and a note exceeding the agreed limit. Confirm that a returned note is displayed as text. Then observe a failed or uncertain operation: the interface must not claim success merely because the user clicked a button.
Record the real published address and project configuration. The client or founder controls the relevant account and project; a developer should not ask for shared PINs or OTP codes to complete the review.
Keep the brief useful when the product changes
Number the approved brief and record changes beside it. If the founder later wants a teacher to approve a plan, this introduces a different user and an authority decision. Assess that requirement instead of adding an editable field called “approved” to the existing personal record.
The MeNooN hosting guide distinguishes ordinary edits from a full AI rebuild, which archives existing subpages. Treat a rebuild as a separate reviewed action. Keep the approved content, page list and acceptance record available without assuming an undocumented restoration or export feature.
Controlled revisions protect previous effort and help both parties understand why a small request may change more than the screen.
Finish with a brief and evidence the owner can use
Your delivery pack contains the approved brief, a screen-to-state checklist, the personal-data definition, observed acceptance results and named operating responsibilities. It should state whether the result is a prototype, a connected test version or an accepted operational release.
A clear brief reduces delivery disagreements. The founder gains a product whose promises match its behavior; the professional gains a basis for pricing and support. Reuse the structure, but replace each business’s customer journey and data decisions.
Common questions
Does a detailed prompt guarantee a working Gammal Tech connection?
No. The brief defines the required behavior. The supported integration must still be configured, implemented and tested. Keep visual approval and functional acceptance as separate decisions.
Should a small change trigger a full AI rebuild?
Use a focused edit when it meets the need. A rebuild can affect existing subpages and should have its own reviewed scope and acceptance checks.
