What you will finish

Publish one page of selected Alexandria venues with specific access features, sources, review dates, unresolved details and contact routes for confirmation before a visit.

1. Gather these details

  • Choose three venues whose current information you can check, such as an activity centre or exhibition room. Obtain permission for images and unpublished details before using them.
  • Prepare specific questions about entrance steps, alternative access, measured door width, lift operation and toilet features. A broad label is not a substitute for these facts.
  • Record the source, date and checking method for each detail. Distinguish your visit, a dated photograph and a responsible staff member’s answer; never infer measurements from an image.
  • Set a correction contact and review routine. Visitors do not need to disclose diagnoses or medical history to report that a venue detail needs clarification.

2. Define how the project works

1. Choose a scope you can maintain

Start with one venue type and three locations rather than claiming complete Alexandria coverage. Use the venue’s published name, neighbourhood and address, linked to its official contact route. State who maintains your directory and clarify independence if you do not represent the venues. Avoid best or most accessible rankings without an appropriate basis. Different people need different features, and one universal badge can conceal the detail needed for a decision.

2. Ask about each feature separately

Check whether the stated entrance is available during visiting hours, whether someone must open it and how a door measurement was obtained. Publish only what the evidence supports. A photograph showing a lift does not establish that it works today, while a step-free entrance does not describe every room. Where the answer is missing, show unknown and a short question the visitor can send before deciding to travel.

3. Place dates and sources beside the details

Do not hide the review date only at the bottom of the page. Give each venue a visible date, checked features and any temporary change reported by its responsible contact. Use genuine permitted photographs with useful text descriptions; generated images are not evidence of facilities. Make correction and venue links easy to find. If a record has not been reviewed as planned, mark it for reconfirmation rather than presenting it as current.

4. Test whether people can find the missing answer

Ask people with different access needs to read one record and identify what they would still need to ask. Do not require diagnoses to receive feedback. Check whether they can distinguish known from unknown information and find the relevant contact. Correct confusing wording and test again. This is a directory of venue facts, not a journey planner or a promise that every visit will suit every individual at every time.

3. Work through an example

Fictional training record: Al Nada Example Hall
FeatureIllustrative informationRequired qualification
Side entranceNo steps, according to a fictional staff replyConfirm opening arrangements
Door widthNo documented measurementUnknown; ask the venue
LiftExistence mentioned; operation not checkedCurrent operation needs confirmation
Toilet detailsNo information receivedUnknown; no accessibility badge
Review18 October 2026; fictional exampleNot a real venue recommendation

Do not publish this record as a real destination. Replace it with documented information about actual venues and remove unsupported statements.

4. Set up your account and start the build

  1. Use your account or register.Visit www.gammal.tech/join. New account activation takes 1–10 days. Use a National ID from a country whose citizenship you hold; the official account guide explains the limited exceptions for Egyptian citizens. Submit identity documents only through the official registration process.
  2. Activate the WhatsApp subscription. After approval, open my.gammal.tech and add EGP 200 to your wallet, or use sufficient existing funds. Activate the monthly WhatsApp subscription in your account and check that it is active. Funding the wallet alone does not activate it. This subscription covers light personal use; website creation is charged separately.
  3. Open the building conversation.Message +201033998844 and send the following command by itself, including the required square brackets. Wait for confirmation of build mode:
    [mode: build]
[mode: web] is an alternative for the same mode; you only need one command.
  4. Send the request in the next section.Replace its placeholders and ask for exactly one page using an available name of at least three characters. Before execution, request an itemised quote separating the one-time build fee, EGP 100 for the first month of standard hosting and any additional usage. Ask how changes beyond the agreed scope are charged.
  5. Check the total and approve the build.Once you understand the quote, return to your account and add any missing funds. Return to WhatsApp and confirm the scope and price. Some simple sites take minutes; requirements and revisions affect timing. Open the resulting address and run this guide’s acceptance checks.
  6. Record the renewal date.MeNooN hosting renews manually: select the duration and confirm payment before expiry. Leaving funds in your wallet does not renew it automatically. Send [exit], including brackets, when you finish the building conversation.

Budget: quoted build fee + EGP 100 hosting + EGP 200 for one WhatsApp month if it is not already active, plus agreed usage. Twelve months of standard hosting cost EGP 1,200; adding one WhatsApp month makes EGP 1,400 before build and usage fees. Keeping WhatsApp active for further months costs separately.

5. Adapt and send this request

Replace every bracketed placeholder with your real details. Copy this request after the assistant confirms build mode. Do not publish the illustrative figures as your own.

Build ONE PAGE on MeNooN for an access-information directory of [venue type] in [selected Alexandria neighbourhoods], called [directory name]. I will supply three real venues with reviewed facts. Do not invent addresses, images, measurements or facilities. Show each name, neighbourhood, published address and official contact, followed by supplied entrance, lift and toilet details. Place the source and checking date beside each detail and show Unknown when an answer is missing. Do not give universal accessibility scores, guarantees or travel-route calculations. Add short questions for confirming changeable details before visiting and a correction link to my personal WhatsApp [number]. Do not ask for diagnoses or health information. Visitors need no login, and there are no automatic public comments; I review corrections before editing published content. Use readable headings, strong contrast, descriptive image text and keyboard access. A fictional example may be used during review but must be removed before publication. Quote the one-time build fee separately from the first month of standard 100 EGP hosting for an available name of at least three characters and any extra costs, then wait for approval.

6. Test the result before relying on it

  1. Leave the sample door width unknown.Expected result: The page shows Unknown and an appropriate question, without inferring a measurement from a photograph or general description.
  2. Update a review date and mark lift operation as needing confirmation.Expected result: The new date and limitation appear beside the venue, with no remaining claim that operation is currently confirmed.
  3. Open correction and venue links on a phone.Expected result: One reaches your contact and the other the correct venue; preparing a WhatsApp message does not send it automatically.
  4. Navigate with a keyboard and read a record without images.Expected result: Details and contacts remain usable, and known versus unknown states do not depend on colour alone.

7. Use the project during its first week

Check the first three venues before sharing, and ask each to verify its published address and contact route. Share the guide with relevant local groups according to their rules, inviting specific corrections rather than promising universal suitability. During the first week, record recurring questions and update entries only after checking sources. Do not publish a visitor’s name or message as an endorsement without permission. Expand only when you can maintain the first collection accurately; the directory’s usefulness depends on dependable records, not its size.

An announcement you can adapt

I am preparing a small guide to [venue type] in [Alexandria neighbourhood], with specific access details, sources, review dates and unanswered questions: [website link]. Contact the venue about your particular requirements before visiting. Please send corrections with their source.

Questions about this project

Should I label a venue accessible or inaccessible?

Describe specific features and limitations instead. Requirements differ, and the existence of a ramp does not establish suitability throughout a building.

What should happen to an old record?

Mark it as needing reconfirmation and contact the venue. If an important detail cannot be verified, show unknown rather than an unsupported reassurance.

Can visitor comments become published facts?

Treat them as reports to investigate. Check the venue, feature and date before updating, and do not publish the reporter’s personal information without permission.
