The key idea

You can open an individual Gammal Tech account without supplying company registration, verify your identity with the National ID of a country whose citizenship you hold, and set up a project to collect service payments. Customers can pay through a guest card payment link without creating a Gammal Tech account. Earnings belong to the verified individual and can be withdrawn only to an eligible bank account in that same name. Local business and tax obligations still apply.

What starting as an individual actually means

Gammal Tech verifies the person who owns the account and receives its earnings. You do not need to form a company simply to satisfy Gammal Tech's individual onboarding process. This makes the service relevant to a designer, translator, developer or other independent professional preparing to serve direct clients.

Keep three decisions separate: who owns the payment account, how you describe your service, and which business registrations your country requires. A brand name does not change the verified recipient of the money. For example, the UK government's sole trader guidance treats individual trading as a business structure with its own recordkeeping and tax responsibilities. Other countries have their own rules.

Turn one skill into one clearly priced service

Choose work you can deliver reliably, then describe the result in language your customer understands. Define the deliverable, what the client must provide, the delivery date, included revisions and the cancellation terms. A customer should know what they are buying before reaching checkout.

Illustrative example: A presentation designer offers a redesign of ten existing slides, one revision round and delivery within an agreed schedule after receiving the client's material. The designer sends a written scope and a payment link for that exact service. Additional slides require a separate agreement.

This small offer is easier to explain, price and fulfill than an open-ended promise to handle anything. See service business ideas if you are still choosing your starting point.

Prepare these details before inviting a payment

Current registration documents: Use the National ID of a country whose citizenship you hold, not a residence-only ID. An Egyptian passport is accepted only for an Egyptian living abroad without their Egyptian National ID available. An Egyptian birth certificate is accepted only for an Egyptian living in Egypt, under 15, who has neither a National ID nor a passport. Check the official registration requirements before applying.

National ID from your country of citizenship and your exact legal nameInternational account verification establishes who owns the earnings.
Your own eligible receiving bank accountThe payout name must match the verified account holder.
Written service scope and order referenceBoth parties can connect the payment to the agreed work.
Price and supported checkout currencyThe customer can review the actual payment request.
HTTPS return pageThe project requires a Payment Callback URL before payments can be enabled.

Confirm receiving-country, bank and currency eligibility with Gammal Tech support before collecting funds. Use the current payment and withdrawal rules to calculate your expected proceeds and explain the full checkout total to the customer.

Set up your account and create the payment link

  1. Create your personal account. Start at Gammal Tech registration and complete identity verification. One person has one account.
  2. Create the service project. Open the project dashboard and use a name that helps you recognize its payments.
  3. Set the return page. Add the HTTPS Payment Callback URL and enable payments. A full online store is unnecessary, but this callback setting is required.
  4. Prepare the payment request. Use the payment link generator with your project ID, agreed amount and supported currency.
  5. Send it with context. Include the service description, order reference and agreed terms in your message or email.

Guest card links can be shared directly. Link sharing does not require an SDK, secret key or domain whitelisting. Website integrations have their own domain settings. The customer does not need a Gammal Tech account to use the guest card checkout.

Finish the sale with a reliable delivery process

For a manually delivered service, check the payment in your project records and match it to the expected order, amount and currency before starting the paid work. A customer screenshot or a visit to your return page is not sufficient payment confirmation. Keep the agreement, payment reference and final delivery together.

A good completion message states what was delivered, where the customer can access it and how to request the agreed revision. If you later automate access to a file or service, arrange trusted payment validation and protection against duplicate delivery. You can begin with a careful manual workflow while you learn which parts deserve automation.

Keep the earnings in the correct person's name

The person whose verified account owns the project receives its earnings. Withdrawals go only to an eligible bank account in that person's exact verified name. A friend's account, a relative's account or a client's account is not an alternative payout destination.

If you build a website for another person who should receive the sales revenue, the client must own the Gammal Tech account and project. You provide the work using their setup. Check current merchant charges, customer charges and withdrawal conditions in the central fee reference. Transfer charges are deducted from the amount withdrawn, so plan your service price around the amount you need to retain.

Start simply and keep the business ready to grow

Gammal Tech handles the VAT and tax obligations assigned to it under its service arrangements. Your own personal income tax, local registration and reporting obligations remain separate. Check those requirements for your activity and place of residence before trading, then keep sales and expense records from the beginning.

Once customers repeatedly buy the same service, improve the offer using their actual questions: clarify the scope, publish useful examples with permission and make the next purchase easy. A website can bring these details together when you need it. If you later establish a company, review the ownership, banking and payment arrangements that fit that business. The first goal is a service you can sell and deliver consistently.

Common questions

Can I accept payments without a registered company?

Gammal Tech supports individual onboarding without company registration. You still verify your identity and follow any self-employment, licensing, tax and reporting requirements that apply where you operate.

Do I need a website to send payment links?

You do not need a full online store or an SDK to share guest card links. The project still requires an HTTPS Payment Callback URL and enabled payments before you use those links.

Can customers pay without opening an account?

Yes. Guest card payment links allow customers to pay without a Gammal Tech account. This is separate from Gammal Tech wallet payments, which require an account.

Can someone else receive my withdrawal?

No. The receiving bank account must belong to the same person whose identity was verified for the Gammal Tech account, with the same verified name.

Where do I check the latest fees?

Use Gammal Tech's current integration guide at api.gammal.tech/llms.txt for merchant charges, customer charges, withdrawals and refunds. Transfer charges are deducted from the withdrawn amount.

Start with an account in your own name

Follow these actions in order. An already approved account can go straight to project setup:

  1. Create a Gammal Tech account in the name of the person who will receive the earnings and complete the registration checks. Wait for account approval before project setup; review can take up to 10 days. If that account is already approved, continue to the next step.
  2. Sign in and open Developer Mode. Select your project or click Create Project, then open its settings.
  3. Set the Payment Callback URL, an HTTPS page where customers return after checkout, then enable payments. Record the project ID, pid.
  4. Check current charges, refund conditions and withdrawal rules before setting the customer price. Prepare an eligible receiving bank account in the verified person’s name. Transfer fees are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
  5. Open the payment link generator. Enter that project ID, the agreed amount, currency and recognizable description. Review the generated link before sharing it with the customer.
  6. After the customer pays, check the transaction record and match the project, order, amount and currency before delivery. A return-page visit or screenshot alone is not payment confirmation.

Already approved? Open your project and use the payment link generator. Review the current payment fees, withdrawal conditions and refund rules before setting your customer price.
